Buy some Stacker 3's or some no doze I guess?

Well, no doz is caffeine (just googled it), Stacker 3 contained ephedrine but is now sold as ephedrine free so I guess caffeine again. Then you can just drink a cup of or a Red Bull, will be cheaper but either I'm a non responder or caffeine just does shut about focus and motivation. I rather believe the latter.

Oh man, I remember when Stackers and Yellow Jackets were chock full of ephedrine (along with Twinlab Diet Fuel) and they made my heart feel like it was going to explode! They banned it after a couple of high school athletes had heart attacks after taking it.

I wouldn't touch ephedrine with a ten foot pole now. It's basically caffeine on steroids!

Well, I'm a coffee fiend and that helps, especially first thing in the morning.

But be aware of the Law of Diminishing Returns, especially with stronger stuff. Adderall, oxycodone, cocaine, kratom, and other drugs always gave me a motivational boost at first.

After a few weeks (or even a few days) they always have the opposite effect. I end up focusing on the drug itself and I lose all interest in pursuing real goals.

It's been a lifelong struggle for me.

Someone liked an older comment I made in this thread and I thought I could maybe provide a little more personal insight into this topic. This is based upon personal experience, but with a good dose of research and conversation with others also.

One of the biggest issues I faced when I stopped using Opioids was essentially lack of motivation. I'm sure pretty much everyone can relate. There is an impotence and fear that comes from the withdrawal which is difficult to handle, but in a less-emotional way, focus and concentration are difficult as well.

I started taking Modafinil several months ago, basically every day at a dose of 200mg per day, but sometimes as high as 400mg depending upon my needs. As someone who has used many substances, my take on Modafinil is that it is in a different league than recreational drugs like Amphetamine.

I don't consider Modafinil to be addictive in the same way that Amphetamines are. Modafinil really helps with my motivation to do tedious work and to keep organized. There doesn't seem to be an urge to redose.

Often, when I used to take Amphetamines for "work" purposes, I would often get lost in the recreational aspect of the drug. I've never gotten this with Modafinil. I'm also not a stimulant addict in a strict sense of that terminology. I hate to make such simplistic comparisons, but if I had to [ut it simply, I would say Modafinil is like Caffeine that does everything I want Caffeine to do, but which it usually never actually does.

It's my belief that Modafinil is scheduled simply because it is still a stimulant and the history with stimulant drugs has been difficult.

What about modafinil? I don't want euphoria or get high. Just a little of help for the rough days.

Probably a reasonable choice.

I was going to say the only issue with methamphetamine and Adderall is:

not enough and it's not really motivating

a little too much and you can't pay attention

The one that makes me carefree and feeling pleasant while not impairing my abilities too much or potentially improving my efficiency in what I do and depending on dose, what I need to do and how I feel that can be whole range of things, hardly there's any that I would call "the best motivational drug".

Good heroin or pods sounds weird but pods especially are used in India by truck taxi drivers vto stay awake and laborers to keep them happy and motivated

Well opium is like that ime, in a sense that it makes me feel great and I slept a lot less while getting a lot more rested during that period and was rather productive so no surprise they do that. I mostly used it orally, mostly after having done what I had but effects are long lasting if used orally and still if dosed high enough it'll get you to lucid opium dream land just as smoked.

Modafinil is great, as is Armodafinil. The latter takes longer to hit and makes me more manic/agressive. They are similar though. Non addictive and not recreational. Nice to alternate them and mix.

Start with 70mg of Modafinil and if that's not enough potentiate with coffee. Caffeine should be used to get the best bang for your buck. Just be careful on the first try i.e. no coffee before.

Have potassium/bananas ready just in case you take too much. Which can happen when you are out of shape. Magnesium can take the edge off too if feeling jittery.

My current motivator is poppy seed tea, but that is a whole different can of worms. Lots of effort and highly addictive. Gets me in the mood for a whole day, but it isn't as focused and smart as modafinil. Not mixed yet, but that should make a good combo. I consume PST with sugar and caffeine so that will be half of it. I recommend skipping this one and sticking with modafinil and armodafinil.

And avoid looking up productivity tools. That is always a giant rabbit hole of time-wasting. Google Keep or Apple Notes and a calendar are all you need.

I really like 2fma. It's more productive than euphoric and the come-down is very gentle. I have not experienced hangovers or scary side effects yet (so far I've been very regimented about dosing/redosing - I admit my experience with research chemicals is not extensive as of yet)

For me personally, Ritalin, maybe a smaller dose of kratom, but Ritalin makes me want to get up and moving and cleaning, organizing, etc. Caffeine as well but Ritalin is just so much easier, pop a pill and that's it.
