Best comedown tips?

I agree 100 percent with your friends observation. Sex while coming down is a magnificent thing. Sweet all those dirty chemicals out of your body... There is nothing better!

My comedown routine:

Weed
Water
Nice feed
Water
Weed
5HTP
Bed

And continue postloading 5HTP and vitamin C until at least Wednesday.
 
i thing that being by ya self sucks it lets you thing about the bad stuff in your life to much the best thing to do is smoke loads of bongs and watch movies with ya mates try and stay away from thing that will give you trouble E.G. Girlfriend are the biggest killer just try and make sure thing wont go wrong or you will pay in a big way.

then again some people don't get come downs but im not one
 
Where can i get this 5-htp stuff??

ive heard its decent but can never find any. I was told u can get it in health shops.

someone tell me where to get it?? im in the North West of England!
 
weed used to be my fave!! sadly, I'm not allowed to combine weed and pills anymore. After sleeping off a pill and waking up feeling groggy and toxic, I smoked some weed and then went looking for something. I woke up to the sound of my b/f asking me what I was doing. I couldn't see him even though my eyes were open. I started to get scared but then my vision came into focus and I realized I was lying on my back in the study on top of some books and papers. Even though I was thinking - what the hell happened - I said in the calmest voice, oh just looking for something. Can you imagine seeing your friend passed out on the floor, eyes open but rolled back in their head and then they tell you oh just looking for something? Yup, that's why I'm cut off.
 
For me it's a shower,
a HUGE breakfast,
5htp+ gingko+ multivitamins,
vegging outdoors at a tamtam party, or trying to play aki or frisbee,
sleeping...

I've done ghb on the comedown of rolls before, was nice.... but GHB makes me act stupid so I stoped...
 
weed, cartoons/infomercials, juice or water (never soda), somewhere to sleep
 
Usually it is lots of sleep - catch up on all of the energy my body exerted - i usually am very hungry but dont like to eat a lot. Also, lately its been 5htp, vitamin C, and some gatorade.
 
Hmmm..well here are some things I like:

1) WEED! (obviously)
2) Cartoons, or an interesting movie (but not SO interesting it hurts your brain to think about)
3) Tea
4) Vitamins
5) Fish Oil capsules (with Omega 3 fatty acids that help your brain)
6) In the summer, a nice cool shower, shampooing my hair, and then chilling on the bed with a cool washcloth over my eyes and the fan on.
7) Music! I like classic rock like Journey and Pink Floyd for a comedown. Or maybe something mellow like Enya or the more euphoric BT songs.
8) Writing any leftover feelings out in my journal.
9) A nice breakfast cooked by my baby. (I usually don't wanna eat, but you just HAVE to)
10) Finally, getting into bed with my baby and our kitties all cuddled up to doze off!

just accept that some of us don't get comedowns and can't be arsed with all that jazz:D
 
come home.. have a few hours sleep.. get up and play a round of golf.. did that on the weekend.. played the best round in a long long time.. soo relaxed.. was a beautiful day too which helped.
 
chat with your friends (that also rolled) and smoke pot, then sleep. good combo, what i always do.
 
i always have a problem with comedowns and I do not roll often or with way to many pills (1-3).

To be dealing with a comedown is trying to get to sleep. So here are my personal tips, they may or may not work for you.

Weed is good in some cases. Weed usually makes me sleepy after awhile on its own. And it does at times when coming down off pills, but it also sometimes does the opposite. So its a 50/50 chance.

Take a nice cool shower. Not hot not cold, cool. Wash your hair and use soap, get nice and fresh and clean. I always feel alot better when i take a shower and lay down.

Drink some juice or tea. Nice warm tea, make sure it has no caffiene.

Eat. Not a huge meal or anything, but eating is good, even though its hard, your body will feel better , especially the next day.

Put on some disney movies or some other kewl cartoons. Something nice and colorful yet peaceful

Maybe some sleeping pills, it does help a little. I liek to wait at least 6-7 hours after the peak to take em though.


Those are my tips. Pretty much what everyone else has to say. Comedowns are part of the experience (for most...some of you are lucky), and its something you have to deal with.

everything everyone has said already especially the shower idea I thinks thats just to good. But how about your frame of mind and the way you feel. A lot of people I know seem to almost work themselves into comedowns, convinced that because they have done drugs, in a certain amount of time there gunna feel awfull. They talk about it and how there gunna feel, an im sure it makes it worse. I know you do feel bad, hell ive felt bad sometimes, but generally I just feel like im not fucked any more, with a brain drained of neuro-chemicals.
 
oh i think the 'GREENERY' is responsible for my well being after a big night on mdma.
i cannot imagen a comedown with weed. i cannot. theres no way. no way possible.

oh and sleep , lots of it:)
 
1. eat, bath, splifff, water, 5htp, multivits, brushing teeth. All before sleep (personnaly recommend bath+spliff at same time)
2. sleep
3.wank
4. eat more
5. films and lots of them, nothing too headfucky I recommend Monty Python + oldschool cartoons, thundercats etc
6. playstation
7. ketamine
8. day time TV (Quincy, Diagnosis Murder, Magnum all classics)
9. chilling with friends
10. pub
11. if youve got a girlfriend (and shes willing) a blowjob
12. Dominoes pizza
13. Ive youve got a digital camera and youve taken photos of the night before print them off, it shows you that the comedown is worthwhile and lets you focus on the positive side.
14. As previously said put on comfy slouching clothes,
15. reflect on the night before and remeber a few million people around the world are in the same boat as you so youre not alone.
 
Personally, I keep taking deep drags to the vix inhaler and dancing around trying to ease my mind off the comedown. We all know its the fucking saddest, so counteract it with some extra stimulating fun. Do some K. I think K is the best to comedown a roll cuz K itself is strong and entertaining at the same time, it kinda switches your mindset and by the time you come down the K, the roll will be nothing but a memory of the past. Enojy
