I was just curious as I have never heard this before.tried to find a source on the centrum thing for about 5 mins and decided it wasn't worth my time. I retract my centrum statement but I had heard there was a story on the news about it a few months back from more than one person.

U.R.B.4.U.R. - Why is a vitamin having that effect on you a good thing? I don't understand??
Yes-you sure do. Compare the labels--you get more bang for your buck using other brands.

Pressed Pill Vitamins have a 10-20% absorbtion rate due to all the the filler material needed to press and hold the pill together. Liquid Vitmains have a 80-90% absorbtion rate. But I'm still researching these numbers to make sure that there is more truth to it.

Please post your source for these stats. Thanks![]()
^Tokey, I don't get what you mean by this??Centrum are notorious for not being bioavaliable and thus worthless. I use GNC megamen vitamins because they are the shit. You feel flustered and dizzy for a few minutes and then you feel 'high' for hours.

Then you say 90%-100% absorption rates. My gut tells me that someone's stretching the truth, is misinforming us of it, or the doctors/researchers are full of it.
But yes, sources would be great.
