hello,
i've used lorazepam for 8 months. i was prescribed up to 2mg per day as needed. first month i probably only took 4mg a week. after that it was more regularly 1.5mg/day for 4 months. last 3 months has been usually 2mg/day, sometimes less, sometimes more [no more than 3mg in a day and not too often]. it's led to a very nasty addiction that i had no idea was happening, until the depersonalization, cogfog, coordination problems and dizzyness became impossible to ignore, and i looked up why and found out benzo addiction is super common and nasty. i want to come off it, and definitely planning a taper schedule (already wrote it out on my calendar!). but, i was wondering, if any of you know, is this dose small enough that i shouldn't be too concerned about withdrawal? a lot of stuff i've seen about it, i feel like the people were on higher doses than i was, but maybe not? also i took 15mg temazepam for a few days last week and i'm not sure if that will affect things.
input appreciated!!
