I completely disagree, seroquel is a horrible antipsychotic with many side effects used for treating schizophrenia etc whereas diazepams primary use is as an anxiolytic (in treatment of anxiety) and is better for all the things i mentioned without the side effects. seroquel could be better in the case of an extreme bad trip but as far as anxiety goes, diazepam has it beat

so i considered making a thread in basic drug discussion but thought i'd ask here first instead... i have a bottle of rivotril (clonazepam) which went out of date in 2009. its by far the best thing to get me to sleep if i'm having trouble (better than zopiclone), in very small doses, i.e. less than a third of the smallest dose i was prescribed it on!!! i never used it for these purposes when first got it cos i just smoked a shitload of weed instead but never noticed it really doing much of anything for me. is this a placebo effect or has it gotten more potent over time?
its really odd because out of date valium, even by a few months, has some horrible side effects. could it be that tablets break down in a different way to liquids?

I certainly am.If you have a UK script you will be getting the highest quality diazepam tablets available.
As for anti-psychotics, I found promazine to be fucking excellent for everything from getting to sleep to comedowns. It just floors you, and you're asleep. However, a slight mishap on NYE left me with wires and tubes stuck in/on me in A&E for about six hours and later I was took by ambulance to the nearest hospital (two hours away - I was in a remote part of Scotland), because they weren't sure I'd be OK. I was discharged about 18 hours after. So, be very very careful with stuff like that.

Jungo, are you actually prescribed quetiapine for a reason or just using it to sleep / ward off anxiety?
It's a pretty heavy duty antipsychotic and the adverse effects are not to be taken lighly - particularly if you don't have a psychiatric disorder and not using it to manage episodes of psychosis etc.
I'd personally rather take diazepam any day over antipsychotics. Valium is a wonder drug and when it comes to sorting out sleep / hangovers / comedowns / anxiety and without the risk of nasty side effects, its a no brainer.

I agree that Valium is a wonder drug, i dont take it very often now but its just nice to know its there if i need it, i have bad social anxiety and it helps me a great deal when i have to go to nasty busy places.

Hey, sorry for creating a thread which already exists in the other drugs section, but I'm not really receiving replies there regarding my questions.
Now first of all, I ordered 5x10 blister packs of etizolam which goes under the name Etlaam-1 from Intas Pharma. I had high hopes for it since I had never had a benzo before, so it was going to be my first which I thought would help with sleep & anxiety.
They're tiny blue pills.
At first I started with one, nothing, took 2 a few hours later, nothing that I could feel out of the norm. The next day I riskily took 5, no effects from a bit of lightness in my limbs, nothing else.
Today I just wanted to feel something from them so I took 6, and 5 hours later to decided to crush one up and snort it with a bit of water, still felt nothing I could put my finger on.
The pills are very small and almost tasteless, I tried chewing one.
it's a shame since I was really looking forward to trying a benzo but this was a complete waste of money and time...
Does anyone think my week-long binge with phenibut may have effected the etizolam? I've gone through about 45mg etizolam the last few days and it's done nothing, should I leave the rest until I have phenibut out my system? or should I accept that these are fakes?

Anxiety is the reason I got them, and experienced absolutely no change in that or any CNS-depression.
I finished 5 tablets in 3 days just in hope in experiencing something, yet experienced nothing, not even a yawb. If it is relevent at all, I also am withdrawing from Bupropion & effexor after being on them for a month, not sure if that would effect the Etizolam at all...
I spent a fair bit on the etizolam and I'm very disappointed, I'd love to try get some benzos from a reliable vendor but they're nigh impossible to find.
I've had about 12 Etizolam tablets, one being snorted with some water and one being disolved in my mouth, felt absolutely nothing...
Hmm I got 10mg of Alprazolam recently, I took all of them (not being careless, took 1 and waited 2 hours, no effect, took 2, waited... etc) over the course of the day.
They really did nothing but I'm 100% sure they're real as I got them from a trusted source.
Really disappointed, I was expecting to feel at least something. Oh well, back to the old benzos I know and love.

You might want to rehost that image, I can't read the watermark as it's disgracefully blurry but the site hosting it could count as sourcing (albeit all in Chinese and unreadable).
A search for Etilaam on there will yeild results.
I found the same thing elsewhere, don't think I'll try it given your "meh" experience.

probly not much chance of finding answer but i was givib and orange oblonge pill about the size od a 500 mg para its just got a B stamp on it any ideas what it could be ??
