They're not proper hardcore symptoms, but I'm a bit shaky, socially anxious and just feel generally .... "odd" ... Not sure how to explain it.
Obviously I've still got Nordiazepam in my system, so it's not really bad, but I definitely feel that I have no "fresh supply" of the metabolites in my system

Finally got my old tetrazepam script back fucking love this stuff, even the fact that it makes me bump into walls because my muscles become so weak. Makes me feel all marshmallow-y. Not to mention it's gonna make my neck pain so much easier to deal with. All hail France and their love of dispensing benzos like candy

I caved in and had 2 "10mg" msj's last night, was feeling well dodge, had to.

So, I can go 3.5 days before it gets too much. I should have just had one last night, but I had one early on, then another about 1am before bed, as was pissed and stoned etc....not thinking straight...

Aah I remember the first times I was walking around with benzo WD symptoms. Took me a while before I could truly recognize them, especially early in mild-dependency stage where it's mostly a mind-game and the palpitations/shaking/etc physical stuff hasn't started yet.
I thought I was using infrequently enough to avoid problems and if not then I would just recognize them and taper off accordingly. Problem was that I didn't realize in what different forms and shapes the benzo WDs can come, especially the subtle (but significant) mental side, even though I was already well experienced with opiate and booze withdrawal at the time.
Unless you absolutely need them for medical reasons, I'd advise you to steer clear for a few months at least... maybe with a quick taper first if it gets unbearable (unlikely).

Thats not the end of the world. Next time instead of having 2, try taking 0.5 if thats's possible. Then you're just tapering down and not really indulging.

Been having muscle spasms in my arms & legs for the last few days. Accompanined by insomnia & uncomfortable back pain due to huge knots pressing against muscle tissue. Stress, lack of sleep & carrying a heavy rucksack have all been contributing factors.

Throughout yesterday evening I took 180mg Flurazepam (6x30mg Dalmane), 30mg Buscopan & 600mg ibuprophen.

All symptoms relieved now & feelin go0000od! :%)

Back on topic.... For me, Flurazepam is def up there with Midazolam as one of my fav hynnotic benzos. Both water soluble too! %)

Anyonwe else a fan of Dalmane (Flurazepam) ?

Was actually talking about tetrazepam, not temazepam. Although people always think I mean the latter tetrazepam's just a muscle relaxant, it's not euphoric at all or anything but it just makes you feel like a giant marshmallow. I spent the day walking around on almost a gram of it (was in a horrible mood and trying to keep myself calm), probably the most challenging day of my life. My feet kept refusing to lift off the ground.

I'd kill for some xanax right now though

Clonazepam has greatly increased my benzo tolerance or MSJs have just completely gone to shit.

Could be a case of both, but in my experience, MSJs suuuuuck.

Really? All I have ever heard from reading online about them is extremely positive but I've never actually tried them myself but Im planning on getting some in the next week or so in Glasgow and they are yellow, anyone from round about had any experience with yellow msjs?

I was like 'no wai, they always be good ime'.

Now I read this and it's obvious they've gone to shit.

Also, never heard of or seen yellow MSJ's.

I've had some tiny yellow 5mg msj's recently and they were pretty good, seemed stronger than some of the 10mg I've had in the past.

That's what I've heard. Can also get Xanax at the moment but its double the price of the msjs. Never tried it before so very curious...

Well the ones I had were pretty ineffectual. I had to take about 5 to feel anything and it was nowhere near as satisfying as splitting a D10 in half and popping that. Just made me off balance. Wouldn't buy again.

Zepose 10 from Ciplo anyone? Just got a few, some good and some bad batches around. Dont know if its just a means of piss take to rub salt in the wounds, when it says 18rs for 10 tabs on the front, so about 19pence, oh well.

I've had some of the Cipla Zepose 10mg lately and I found them to be pretty good.
Worked fine for me, was nice and drowsy in the evening and crashed out with TV on which I don't often do, they tasted right as well.
There does seem to be quite a few vendors selling them at the moment so not sure if some are good and some bad but there are deffo a lot of them about at the moment.

I've had both Cipla Zepose and the yellow MSJs. Both were absolutely fine. But this is the black market after all. You never really know what you're getting.

Even if we assume the meds are genuine, then there can be variations in consistency from batch-to-batch. Then factor in the possibility of poor storage etc. and you can never really trust anything you buy on the street or online. Even if your source is great.

Plus there are plenty of people out there who have a vested interest in raving about certain brands, if you get what I mean. Also there are those whose tolerance is so high through abusing benzos that their opinion isn't worth much at all.

Same old song, I know.

Why are val or etiz mixed with booze so much nicer with the val first then waiting for it to take effect as aposed to drinking then taking some vals
