And get stocked up on all the good shit for when it starts getting tough eg. multi-vits, l-theanine, 5-htp and exercise.
Is L-Theanine actually any good then?. I've read up on it these past few days as I've become more and more interested in trying to get off these friggin' benzos, and I've been wondering whether I should give it a go or not. I've actually just stocked up on some 5-HTP which I started taking yesterday. And I have to say, when I woke up this morning my head didn't feel like it'd been smashed like a piñata like it usually does.

Also gonna give this book a go as it makes a lot of sense to start with my diet and such. Could be bollocks, but anything that helps etc.
