Anyone have familiarity with Seroquel (Quetiapine)? I may be starting on it soon for insomnia as the benzos I've been taking hev been loosing their effectiveness.
I am primarily interested in weather Seroquel leaves any next day anticholinergic hangover symptoms.
From what I understand its sedation is H1 Antagonist mediated (though I believe some other mechanisms have been proposed); That being said the 1st gen sedative H1 antagonists (like Diphen or Doxylamine) suck major dick in terms of their anticholinergic effects - waking up with dry mouth, dry eyes, headache, grogginess, mental haze...

does Seroquel also leave one with these effects? If so then I'm not sure its worth even filling a script for it..
I'll start a thread in BDD if there isn't much response here.

Anyone have good advice for minimizing said side effects? PJ I know you once mentioned nicotine as an aid for the anticholinergic hangover; however I kicked tobacco a while back and don't much want to start again.
 
Lou what happened to quitting the peevee?! haha I couldn't handle the come down the one time I did that shit. I also went in way over my head and was up for over 24 hrs doing giant coke lines of the stuff. I was outta mind and suicidal when I came down.

2mg insufflated bupe sesh for the win! I usually have the strips, but I copped 5 8mg orange stop-signs today from my buddy. I have to drop at the clinic tomorrow morning, so I can't abuse any other substances with the exception of weed and my Suboxone. Although, I'd love some diazepam or clonazepam right about now!

*EDIT. Sicc breh, that's what I kept tellin' myself homie until I was wrapped up in addiction and started pawning my shit just to stay happy and well. Heroin grabbed me by the balls...
