apart from the combined CNS depressant effects they're no different combining than any other opioids, generally speaking:) it's a lot to do with tolerance and dosages.

it's really starting to warm up and the day only becoming more humidified so i best invest in a brand new desk fan before too long. i might go eye one off today if i don't catch up with my older bro, or squeeze it in there within my busy ass day!
 
Tramadol is shit with tolerance. But man I can't complain with no tolerance it's pretty decent. I mean like a speedy effect with a dreamy like opiate state? Haha idk its weak but at the same time its alright I guess, 300mgs in my system now.
 
Sicc...I just took 350 mgs of tram....waiting to see if I can feel anything at all...would never normally dose this high as I am trying to get off all thos crap,but my fucking head hurts so much I am desperate. My tolerance is crazy high still....however, over a week "real" opiate free!
 
Beachy, even after a week I reckon you'll still have a relatively high tolerance, so it wouldn't surprise me if all u get outta that 350mg is uncomfortable snri effects, I hate trams when it gets to that stage. The only time I ever enjoyed them was when my opiate tolerance was at zero. But, I hope it gets rid of your headache.
 
When I can dose again on Tramadol if I just dosed last night? I thought their was some special things with Tramadol that you have to wait?
 
^As far as I know, tramadol is a drug people take everyday as a medicine. Is it tramadol instant release that you have (5 to 7 hours half life)? When did you take your last dose of methadone and how much?
 
Never took the Methadone, I'm actually nervous about taking it lol, I took the Tramadol last night around 11pm. Does Methadone make you heavily sedated? Is it like a hydro or perc buzz? Can you still walk or go smoke a cig outside? lol enough to just function or are you just fucked nodding off? I have 5mg pills and again my tolerance is zero basically, Hows the high overall
 
Methadone is pretty sedating IME.

Right up there with morphine and hydromorphone only it takes a lot longer to kick in (like 2 hours) and will last a lot longer than other opiates you've tried...
 
To me methadone is quite stimulating, but don't forget I've been on MMT for a long time and I don't binge on it anymore. Like an amphetamine, yes, or more precisely, like phenibut. Of all the drugs I've tried, these two share some strange similitudes:two hours to kick in, very long duration of action, a mix between stimulation and sedation (depending principally on the dose), a long stimulating euphoria. I would'nt take more than 5mg of methadone to start off, especially considering your recent history with tramadol, really.
 
You think to be safe I should cut the 5mg in half? And yeah I havent done opiates for 2-3months but bacc then I was doing oxys, hydromorphone etc not daily and maybe a couple times a months.

Fucking Tramadol just made me puke, didn't even dose still going from last night, not even high really anymore, just woke up a lil sedated, eyes all red n constricted haha my tolerance definitely not what it used to be

I wouldn't. Wait for the tramadol to be out of your system (I'd say wait a solid 96 hours, aka 4 days). Then take the methadone if you really want. Be careful, addictive stuff!
 
Siccness, even when my tolerance has been sky high tramadol has made me just spontaneously puke without warning. I have taken 400mg in the morning, then 12hrs later for no reason whatsoever I've suddenly got insane cold sweats and spontaneously vomited, then felt fine. Its very unpredictable like that with me, unlike morphine where I know pretty much what will and won't cause me any nausea so I can work with it. Tramadol, not so consistent!!
 
What The Fuck!^^^ thats what Im having now, cold sweats, and puking well i only puked once. But yeah its forsure unpredictable, its been around 12-13 hrs for me to lol ironic and it seems everytime I smoke a cig right now I get sick. Ill probably dose tonight just if Im not sick and Ill probably dose smaller this time.
 
hey bdd gang! how are you all this morning.

got a surprise this morning when i woke up - one of the stitches in my mouth came out. thankfully most the pain has subsided but they (where the wisdom teeth were) still ache around the vicinity. i'm glad i got them all out at the once instead of one at a time:|

woke up, made a coffee, had some cereal, shot a little morphine and here i am now relazing about:) should find out whether i'm working tomorrow, i thinks.

The trams just could be making you nauseous...
 
I think I'm gonna cut my 5mg Methadone pill in half, cause Iv'e been reading up on experiences with it with no or a low tolerance to opiates and people seem to get sick most of the time puking or even worse..I'm gonna try half n just wait a day or 2 and not redose if I don't feel it till then. So does 2.5mgs sound good? Just wanna have a good experience, anxious to try it.
