with my small experience with ativan a .5 - 1mg dose did well for killing anxiety. start small and work up as needed:)

beach.. you're good to go up another 2 mg. probably..i would..but that's not hr. still, i never felt much physical effects from ativan at all...but it did work for panic. GL <3

it's just into the afternoon here in aus. i had a dr's appt this morning to get refills so thought i'd take a few valium to chill while i'm putting vinyl to digital on my pc. it's good fun. can't wait to start sampling parts and mixing once i upgrade computers - likely going to mac so i can keep all my other apple items all compatible.

i've not much else going on except a little house cleaning later on when i feel motivated enough:P

what are you up to this evening, kayla?
 
That's cool, I'm making some corn dogs and just got done watch an action movie called Hanna it was really good:) now I'm putting up laundry and cleaning the kitchen...I just got a text saying someone got goods and if I want any and I'm just like ahhh I'm trying to take a break...
 
care to take care of my laundry and washing up as well? :D i'll pay you well:P

stay strong and resist the urge if you're trying to clean up!

Sounds fun, I really don't like weed if I haven't been smoking I a ehile the high gets to intense for me.. Sometimes my heart races and onpanic fucking sucks

You are right and I'm having really bad anxiety of having a heart attack after my heart issues the other day that I am going to pass it up...I just do not want to take the risk when my heart is already acting funny.I know if I don't I'll have a panic attack immediatly when my heart starts racing...

The one regret of ever doing speed is the fucking anxiety it has given me. Ugh I refuse to get back on benzo's I necer want to suffer a benzo withdraw again yuck lol

damn right it's the law, especially when it's psychedalic prog:D ISIS is what i'm doing at the moment. have recorded the "Red sea" edition as well "Panopticon" and now up to "Oceanic":)
