You end up hearing from the rest of your friends?

Hope everyone you know is alright and hope that girl recovers well. This is such a terrible thing to happen. I've been pretty depressed lately and feeling pretty low, so I try not to watch news stories or read news articles that are about bad news. Can't really ignore a big story like this though and hearing about it just makes me feel more depressed. I also actually feel worse thinking that I feel worse because of the shooting when I know people who were involved in it and their friends and families are actually going through real pain and suffering because of this, whereas I'm feeling depressed because I'm just reading about it. My heart goes out to everyone involved. <3
 
another mistake in the movie (more annoying than the other i pointed out)
after all the talk of only one ever escaping the prison/lazarus pit, strongly misleading the audience into thinking it was bane, but then changing it to talia at the last second. ... well, both were out of it, so clearly they both got out. why then would the inmate only speak of the one?

i really think nolan simply bit off more than he could chew. the studio probably put a maximum runtime in and denied the chance for a split into two, but by then the story idea was developing too big for it's britches. explains the frantic pace for even the actionless first part, which was edited like it was a tense build up, but was merely to save time.
 
okay, about the movie / plot holes

escape from the prison with no resources. guys, he's fucking bruce wayne. wayne enterprises is an international mega corporation. is it so hard to believe that once he got out he went to somewhere he had contacts and called in some favors? this makes perfect sense to me.

talia/bane escape. talia & raul whatever came back for him. she says that during her little story telling reveal. talia is the only one (well, besides batman) who makes the climb. she's the only one the inmate mentions because she is special? also wasn't he the one who let bane have a destroyed face? so maybe he believes bane is dead/something?

i'll watch it at imax soon, and pay close attention to the time sequence. if there is months between the escape and the appearance, it will be forgivable to skip past the explanation. on the first screening it seemed like it was the next day.

I'm pretty sure when Bruce escaped he had some time to get back. It wasn't the next day I'm pretty sure nor was it a month. I think he had like a week left give or take a few days. Need to see it again to be sure.
 
time frame

pretty sure it took him 10 days. he 'escapes' then they cut to lucuis talking about how the bomb is going to explode regardless of if the 'citizen' pushes it or not, and that there are 10 days left before it happens. when bruce gets back to the city he has 12 hours left.
 
to this plot point i posted, some person on darkhorizons reckons

-that bruce had five months to get back;
-the prison was in mexico (a few people pointed this out, but i'm not sure where they get this from); and
-just because gotham was locked from people escaping, it doesn't mean people couldn't get inside, just like we see the swat team do

with gladness do i see these holes closing. :)

side note:

i heard from all of my friends. only one was hurt, and he's in the hospital. no idea what's wrong with him yet, or even what hospital he's in. but i hope he's at swedish, where batman is right now

Batman lives, before he left with the bomb someone mentioned Bruce got the auto pilot working. He probably shot off right before the bomb exploded.
Robin will become robin
Next movie's villains will either be Poison Ivy & Mr. Freeze or Penguin, or even all 3. (basing off the old movies)
Just my opinion.

Definitely a great movie though.
