Yeah when people ask me what to do to cop in the ghetto, I say 'act like you're buying a sandwitch'
By that I mean if you went to burger king for a whopper, would you be all sketched out and whatnot? No. Think of the dope boys as the people working behind the counter at subway or whatever. Just look em in the eye, say "_____?" being whatever slang you use in the area, and then do what they say, so long as it isn't like 'Okay well come on into this boarded up building with five of my boys, you're cool" They want money, you have money, and the better spots have a thing about businessmenlike behavior. Myabe if you're unlucky you'll run into a robber i the ghetto, BUT I can almost guarantee that he will be a crackhead/junkie himself, and that he'll take your money to get some for himself. Dealers don't rob customers mostly, the repeat business is worth it.

Most of the users are local, and if they're buying bundles, they're planning everything around the 13+ count and discount associated with it.
As for location, well they're run by different people. Yeah, wholesalers may be shared, but it's extremely rare to see street level packages in different states. (Although it's not unprecedented, think Camden and Philly or Philly and other minor PA cities.) So, the markets developed differently... Call it dope market evolution if you want . Same reason why Baltimore has raw and scramble and why you get dope in foil/paper/lottery tickets in Chicago.
Lotto tickets? Damn I've never seen those before! What was the powder like? What area, in the most general sense of the word were you in? Not by neighborhood, but just you know, south or west. Just cause the distribution of dope seems to take different forms in different sides of the city. Sometimes foil is more the deal, sometimes bags, sometimes caps. So I'm just curious cause I've never seen it in a lotto ticke.
