Bali vs UEI

I know Bali is probably the most economical in terms of dose per dollar but I've been considering other options just to mix it up. I was looking over UEI and other enhanced products and found they are literally over 25x more expensive then regular Bali gram for gram!

I really want to know if they are worth it. Does UEI feel different than Bali, more or less sedation? What dose is comparable to 3-4 grams of good Bali?

UEI is in a whole 'nother ballgame than bali, or any plain leaf for that matter. UEI (and FST as well) are typically referred to as the king of extracts, and share an effect more akin to that of full agonist opioids than kratom itself. UEI is most certainly expensive, very expensive for a kratom product, but if you only use occasionally they are certainly a worthwhile treat. If you are a daily user however, heed the warning that these will skyrocket tolerance fairly quick rendering plain leaf rather weak and even without any appreciable effect depending on how much UEI you've been indulging in. I also hear that the withdrawal from UEI is quite horrific, far stronger than plain leaf withdrawal.

As for the effects, I would compare them more to oxycodone than kratom, it can be stimulating but in a very relaxing and clean way. Ever dose a pharmaceutical opioid and find yourself motivated and talkative, but not jittery in the finest sense? That's kinda how UEI feels, though I have also had pure noddy buzzes as well. I can only give a very rough equivalent dose to 3-4 grams, so if I had to make an estimate, it would perhaps be around .5-.7g of UEI? You'd have to do a bit of titration perhaps, so dose for dose UEI is certainly quite a bit more costly, but it serves a fantastic rare treat. I certainly wouldn't plan on switching from plain leaf to UEI permanently, at least not if you use kratom with any real regularity.

thanks CK

I wasn't expecting them to be compared to oxycodone lol. I will probably just order a few grams of UEI along with my regular Bali leaf. I haven't used any opiates in a couple months so I might start off with 2 grams of Bali. If 2 g's of Bali works well I'll start with 350mg of UEI.

Also is UEI good for tea or should I just T&W? I'm asking because I know tea can hit a lot harder then just swallowing kratom so would this make the UEI more intense
as well?

Yeah, it's most definately very, very opioid like. That is if what your buying is in fact genuine UEI, as there are true full spectrum extracts being marketed as UEI as well. There's lot's of rumor and speculation that UEI and FST (both produced by the same manufacturer) don't even contain any appreciable amount of kratom alkaloids at all, rather than a full agonist mitragynine analog by the name of mitragynine pseudoindoxyl mixed into small amounts of base kratom. This would explain the unique nature of it's effects. People are probably getting tired of me saying this, and hoping I would keep this a dirty little secret, but I think it's important information for someone to know before ingesting these extracts.

Though the claim has never been proven as fact, it's quite the leading theory. I do know that in the case of FST, which has identical effects to UEI, this was tested and found to contain no kratom alkaloids with the exception of a kratom based analog. As for ingestion, I would personally just eat the material, although I preferred tea with plain leaf as well, I never saw the point with UEI, not to mention I'm not quite sure how stable UEI is when exposed to heat and since UEI is worth it's weight in gold I'd rather not find out.

good point about the heat, especially if it is an analog that has even less known about it. I was actually just reading another thread in the trip reports where you also mentioned the pseudoindoxyl analog. I searched and found a site that seems to have UEI, most likely with the analog. I'm hoping it's the UEI you described since it is a bit more expensive than what I was looking at before.

Gotta thank you again for all the info!
