And just want to get a rant off my chest. I hate how [media] states that people who live longer and have say 1-2 drinks a day on average so... Have 1-2 drinks a day to live X amount of time longer! Well actually, it's not the 1-2 drinks helping live longer, it's the bloody lifestyle (and diet) helping the person live X amount of years longer typically.
With that rant off my chest, I'm happy to say after taking chems for just under 25 years, I can finally talk about it 'openly' with my folks, this being since I've become a father and a "good citizen" in their eyes lol At least the planting the seed talks I give helps them realise drug users CAN be 'good people' and can be, the joe blow citizen living next door who seems to be a good person/parent/whatever. It's like tattoos, someone can be a friend for YEARS, find out you have a tattoo(s) and they can stop speaking to you and/or think you're scum, same with them finding out you consume rec drugs.

And I apologise for my brain mush, it's not due to any rec drugs, it's due to insomnia and playing bejeweled 3 til all hours. I installed it on my HTPC so I have been playing it on my Sony Bravia HD tv with my wireless mouse whilst sitting on the couch. SOOO fun! :D Almost as fun as playing with Cassie (my 1.5 yr old daughter) but can't hang out with her, Emma/my wife has taken her to her mother/Cassie's grandmother on her side, so Im home alone, doing washing + playing games, not much else to do. Too wet to go riding and the house is CLEAN (plus weeding) is allll done. So play time for me today! Not many days I get "off" these days, even though I stopped working in 06 heh
