Been out of the picture in the fitness world for about 2 years since I finished highschool football and all of my hard earned strength and size dissipated over this time of laziness. I'm about 6ft3 245 and am looking to lean out but retain my naturally larger physique. I'm not anywhere great with my bf% but i'm not obese. Looking for someone to help me with a regime, I'm most def gonna start throwin all the junk out of my diet and revolving around chicken and grains like quionoa and rice. Any tips out there strictly for my physique in regards of the most efficient way of getting leaner and packing on definition. Supplemental help as well, right now I have 5lbProtein, BCAA+GLutamine Powder, and probably a multivitamin and fishoils.
