Lil' Flip - The Leprechaun (2000)
Houston-area MC Lil' Flip was one of the first Texas-area rappers (after the early anomaly
known as the Geto Boys) to become nationally famous with his 2004 single "Game Over".
He's a talented freestyler. "The Leprechaun" was his first nationally released LP; he's
only 19 years old on the cover.
Chunky A - Large And In Charge (1989)
Chunky A is the alterego of comedian Arsenio Hall. A decade before
Eddie Murphy made it popular for black men to run around in fat suits,
we have Arsenio singing parodies of various pop hits at the height
of his late night success.
Snoop Dogg - Da Game Is To Be Sold, Not To Be Told (1998 )
This was Snoop's first CD after falling out with Suge Knight and Death Row. The cover
would later inspire one "Big Bear" to top it. Pen & Pixel strikes again
