Hello,
New member here, please forgive me if this is in the wrong forum.
Getting to the point..
About a month ago someone i know had a tooth infection and subsequently had that tooth pulled. The dentist gave him a total of 54 7.5/500 hydrocodones. After the pain wore off, this person noticed that he feels a nice buzz and small euphoria from just 1 pill. This person had been taking 1 pill a day when he was out of pain and did this for about 10 days straight. He then feared getting addicted and quit for 2 weeks with no problems. So he began taking 1 pill a day again and has been doing this for 5 days in a row now.
My question for this guy is, is opiate addiction even possible from such a low dose? If so, how long would it take? And, what's the best way to enjoy the little buzz without becoming addicted?
This person realizes this is a very small problem (and probably pretty "lame" compared to others situations) but is genuinely worried about possible long term consequences!
