I wanna get the bloody beetroots special edition wesc headphones. now I have some wesc bongos, I got them half price i coldnt refuse. I used to have sony v700s which I love, I sold them for 90 a long time ago

I have a pair of Sennheiser HD25 MK2.

Awesome headphones for both DJing and listening to music. They are very loud (perfect for djing) and handle the sound spectrum very well. Great kit.

So I have been considering getting sk pros. I really like the style and although they are expensive they have a lifetime guarantee so I see that as worth it. I want headphones with really good quality. I've been reading alot of reviews but Im still left confused. Alot of people say skullcandy sucks and is for looks, poor quality etc. Does anyone have the sk pros because to my understanding they are supposed to be different from other skullcandy models. Is there better headphones I should defiantly consider instead? I want to produce while also being able to listen to good quality music with good sound flow and bass.

Advice is greatly appreciated =)

Would be very, very suspicious of anything carrying the SC heritage. Would recommend looking at models from Sennheiser, AKG and Beyerdynamic when thinking about that price range.

Best setup for the money IMO, Sennheisers always seem to have great sound quality, and the amp is just enough to really help bring out the clarity.

Love these so much, had them for years. They are so comfy I forget I am wearing them most of the time. They really take a beating aswell, the amount of times I've smashed them on the floor/ tripped over the cable and they have never had any problems.

Got these and they are very nice. They've lasted well and do give a nice sound.
I don't even think they're in the "top range" of Sennheiser headphones either :)

I have got these right now too. They are excellent for the price, for sure.

I used to have these, but they broke after wearing them ritualistically to sleep.

Bought these before i went overseas last year and am very impressed. Tough as and they can defiantly handle some bass.

Sony MDR - V6.

Have replaced the plastic earpads with velour ones though.

They're top notch. There's a reason they're used so often in music, film, tv & radio production.

these have best headphone bass I ever heard, large 53mm neodimium drivers delivers 5-33.000hz.

They are big and heavy, not for everybody but the ridiculous sub bass is so worth it.I had over years many headphones, before I tried HP1000 I would say that most of them had great bass but it was nothing compared to these denons, they are something out of this world, they shake on your head, its like dildo once you pump it up.

Ultrasone HFI-780's

I flippin love these! The S-Logic Surround Sound on these is amazing, unlike any other headphones I've tried, you feel like you're listening to a system rather than headphones. Also the highs and lows are really crisp, great bass for electronic music =D

help with headphones!

I have been looking for a pair of dj headphones with excellent sound quality, but at the same time that are stylish and reasonably priced. There are many headphones taht fall into that category BUT I have tried on my friends skullcany profesh dj phones and they are too big and bulky on me. I need a pir that will fit tightly. Any reccomendations? 2 that I found that look as if they have a good fit are these

Need some headphone advice!

Hi Bluelight my name is Gabe i am thinking about getting some decent Dj headphones i am willing to pay up to 400 dollars. what are some brands that you would
recommend? i am looking for something that is very comfortable, closed-back, 1/8″ jack portable enough that i can take it to school and i also love my bass haha the genre ofmusic that i listen to is Hardstyle and some Dubstep so what do you guys say? thanks for the help.

i like to use behringer headphones, but there's plenty of other options available.
you need to find what suits you.. find a dj warehouse or something in your area, im sure they will let you test out different types and show you what is available for your price range :)

I take back what I said about the phones I originally posted here.
