HD595 right now. They sound pretty good. I don't know whether the recordings are the issue or if its the headphones when something doesn't sound "crystal clear." My biggest focus though is the frequency response. IMO, frequency response has the greatest impact on the feel of a song because it can change dynamics, it can make things sound more open or closed, it can totally mask certain critical pieces of a song and it can cause fatigue. With that said, I'm a bit disappointed with the treble on these headphones, I feel like more treble could make music so much more excited. But as a whole, I could recommend them in good conscious and there are recordings that I think they're really great for.
