Nah, a buddy of mine made a quarter kilo last him two weeks with a 1g of good dope a day habit. His guy wasn't around so I gave him my maeng da which I dislike, and he made tea, almost 1oz/day, but it worked for him.
Worked for me, too, but I was on 4mg sub / day, and I didn't just feel okay, for a few days, I was nodding off high.
If you had three pounds of Bali you could make 1oz worth into tea and drink a quarter of it at a time until you feel better. It'll make you feel better, that's for sure.
It doesn't matter if you're doing a gram or more a day, anything will make you feel a little better. Shit, when I was at my worst,'going through severe withdrawal, out of subs and out of dope, I scraped a tiny little line together, maybe 5mg of dope, and I felt much better for two hours. Sure, maybe a bit mental, but my restless legs were gone, and I usually have them normally.
If you've got a huge habit, yeah, it might not make you 100 percent, but it'll make you at least 75 percent, and if you go with full spectrum red extract, you'll probably be 125 percent if you're not nodding.
When the body is in withdrawal it doesn't take a huge dose to make you feel significantly improved. If you're on 8mg Suboxone and you're out, man, I'll guarantee that taking even .5mg after three days with nothing will greatly improve your sense of well-being.
I keep toying with going to kratom full time, so to speak, but I think I might just take kratom part time, in the middle of the month to help stretch my subs, maybe even save a few up.
