I mean, does there come a point where you can really say you got clean and stayed off drugs?

Every day they stay clean, in my opinion. Timer would reset upon relapse. I don't think it can ever be absolute, as nothing in our future truly can be, besides death. It would be fluid as with everything else in our lives.
