anyways, no, the claims u made means this saffron would have MEDICINAL qualities that could be very popular in MODERN medicine....it has nothing to do whether its psychoactive or not. what i mean, is that salvias qualites arent exactly desirable outside the 14year old lets-get-fucked-up-on-anything mentallity.

Can anyone provide a reference that saffron contains safrole? I couldn't find one and I do not think it contains any. People just assume it does because of the name.
