So basically hears the situation. A good buddy of mine who I trust very much has recently given me some blotter that he says contains a chemical that is "basically synthetic mushrooms on blotter". He's a relatively intelligent guy and has tried his product and would equate one quarter inch blotter square to about a gram of psilocybin mushrooms. I know there are loads of 4 subbed Tryptamines out there that can produce the effects of mushrooms pretty closely and these RC's can be liquid measured and laid on blotter. I have a sample of 4-AcO-DMT that I plan on trying soon and am understanding of the risks of RC's. my question lies in the fact that he calls it "2C5I (2C-5I?)" which to me sounds more like a phenylthalimine 2C derivative. I have scoured the Internet and been unable to find information on here, Erowid, shroomery, or any vendor's even offering this product for that matter. I'm basically trying to find out if he may have been told something that it is not and if so if there are any testers around that can test for 4 subbed derivatives and give me a clear idea of what I'm working with right now. I've seen people eat this up and unlike most chems on blotter (AKA LSD, ALD-52, the NBOMe's etc) they seem to want to stop after 2 or 3 hits and do claim it to be very mushroom-esque. Just wondering if anybody else has even heard of this chemical so I can get a better understanding of my situation as I'm personally inclined to believe its 4-HO-MET or 4-AcO-DMT as these seem to be the most popular mushroom-esque synthetics on the market today. Thanks in advance for responses.
