I take psyllium husks every day. I makes it easier to take a dump but really hasnt done anyhitng to make the hemmeroid smaller.

I treid that cream anusol but only made me itch like crazy and i read that it is supposed to stop itching. and it isnt a cure just masks the symptoms.

Its an outside one probably due to my sedentary life as my work is all at my computer.

I do walk for a hour or more a day tho.

Looking online at treatments it seems poitnless to go to the doc cos as far as i can see they dont have anyhting to treat it besides the preventative tips that ive already read about.

It doesnt hurt so long as i take the fiber but its a nuisance sometimes having a hard pea in your butt all the time.

Sucks. If its not too big they can 'band' it and it falls off and goes away. If its larger it requires surgery that sucks. Should go to a colon doc they will tell you what the deal is

This...
Go see a doctor, and get rid of it once and for all. You can use corticosteroid creams like hydrocortisone or antihistamines like benadryl to stop the itching, but it's very unlikely that you'll get rid of it without seeing a doctor.

Get that shit lanced off before it gets bigger. they can be some anesthietic on it and cut that shit off. My grandfather was a doctor

^yes the doctor can cut it off OP, just visit the doctor again and get the hemorrhoid cut off.

The itching and the hemorrhoid itself as caused by poor circulation. If you sit on your butt all day then the veins in your anus and rectum are not getting much blood flow. Then when you go to have a bowel movement the congested veins get irritated by force.

If you have a sedentary lifestyle then at least stand up once an hour and with your legs straight, bend over and touch your knees. March on the spot. Do anything to get your butt literally moving. Siltz baths with epsom salts for 20-30 minutes each day will help. Astringents like witch hazel and calendula are also great when dabbed on.

More invasive, but more effective, are warm enemas. They get the blood flowing down there like nobody's business.

My tip is to try urine therapy. Didn't take long to work in my experience of it. Most people don't have the balls to try this though so I may be wasting my time recommending it to you and many others. Lots of squeamishness abounds for various reasons, but it seemed to work over just several days for me, having wasted several weeks on anusol and other similarly ineffective creams, giving those up and drinking my morning urine for several days gave way to my hemorrhoids disappearing fast.

Get some preparation H "missles" stick em up your ass, keep it clean in there, get bloood flowing, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DONT ITCH OR TOUCH IT IN ANYWAY, and stop using any opiates/sedatives and or meth.

The worst pain I have ever endured has come from Hemmy's :( Fortunately mine rarely come out these days...Have learnt to not strain on the toilet...

However my older brother, he has suffered from this for years (10 + ). He had tried everything before giving surgery a go as he had heard mixed reviews. I.e. sometimes it doesn't work after you have the first operation and then need to go for a second one, which is what happened to him. As of now since the second operation he seems to be ok, he says it rarely gets sore any more. So IMO I would recommend surgery if its re-occurring frequently. Trust me and although surgery might be painful, you are better off having this problem out of the way.

for the record it never hurts so long as i sit on my special chairs and never itches. the only time i know its there is when i shit or if i have to go to someone elses house and would have to sit down on a 'normal' chair but im a social recluse so that is very rare anyhow.

you guys tlaking aobut cutting it off but mine really isnt that big, not like a huge nut so there isnt anyhting to cut off imo just a 'thrombosed vein'.

its only like a normal sized vein just a little bit harder in one part and sometimes it will bleed again.

i had only been eyeballing my psysium husk dosage in the mroning so now im trying weighing exact doses so i can better increase or decrease as appropriate to get the perfect stool softness.

i went to visit my mom recently and she gave me this omniroid hc cream but i refused it at the time saying i want to try only natural methods. however since then im triyng anusol agian but doesnt do anyhting noticeable really.

i walk several miles per day so i dont know if its circulation, tho admittedly all the otehr time is sat down.

i have bought a sex seat so that by butt hole isnt directly under pressure, just a metal frame with two rubber bands to sit on. also got a kneeling chair but neither had any effect.

can you not just starve yourself for a week or something so you wouldnt shit? it seems like its simply a matter of a sore that has to heal but cos you have to shit constantly then it never gets the opportunity to heal. can you somehow stop shitting while also getting nutrients?

The only way to stop shitting while still getting the nutrients would be to get IV fluids.

If you can find a "pure" protein powder, and a "pure" fat source, then I guess you could eat that and produce very small amounts of stool.

is it healthy tho? i doubt id be able to manage that for more than a day lol. i could just drink a cup of olive oil and protein shakes, yuck :P if it improved my pile situation tho i might try.

go to a local drugstore like rite aid.
they sell hemmroid cream my mom bought some once.

dude just don't fuck with it , keep it clean, and FUCKING USE SOME PREPARATION H! it should only be there for several days tops! you shoudn't have to starve yourself , take a shit ton of immodium AD if you feel that will help... just don't pick at it, try to to pop it and don't even look at it or think about it seroiusly

Eat more fibre. It's not going to fix the current problem, the advice above seems sound but for future prevention eat lots of vegetables & legumes every day and minimise the amount of meat and bread that you eat.

guys ive had it for probably more than 2 years maybe 3 or more now it snot like it suddenly popped up last week. most of you seem not to have read the thread cos i said i already use psylium husks (fibre) and have special seats which ensure i dont put pressure on the area.
