It's true that I've become a rabid pattern searcher in life, but there is clearly an obvious pattern involving number 118 and 5/55/555/5555. 13 appears quite a lot too, even live in room number 13 and was born on the 13th. 2 appears so much its getting sick, but its a quite common number, so I dont really count it as some kinda message to me... but still, TWO dead birds, TWO rainbows. And now for the big similarity. These all numbers (except for 2), 2 dead birds and double rainbows share the same message of transformation!

If it wasn't related, I'd have ignored it, and picked something else.
You're looking for transformation in the facts, and the facts are showing transformation to you. It's a reflection of your own perspective. We know that the Earth goes around the Sun, but how would it look if the Sun went around the Earth? Exactly the same. By changing our perspective, we solve the problem by changing our way of seeing. Both explanations are logical, and fit the observable facts. Neither is right or wrong, except in an attempt to fit in other observed facts, when choosing one model is preferred. There are many ways to interpret the same facts, and so why should we get stuck in looking for meaning from only one perspective? To do so leads to 'just coincidences'. By seeing the coincidences, as well as the arbitrary, random choice of facts that we are using to make our opinions, we realize that the problem was in thinking that it was a problem. If you had no knowledge of language, or mathematics - you would still have seen a double rainbow, and 2 dead birds - but no message could come out of it. I've already tried that using a regressive algorithm, where z = 1, y = 2 etc. Unfortunately it leads to numbers divisible by 13, 1394 and 55. I will try again with imaginary numbers, to see if maybe I can explain why an unknowable thought becomes an expression of thought in language with a known meaning. This paradox was mentioned earlier, before the evidence of day of birth, and room number prediction was revealed. This must be related on a fundamental level, according to the known laws of a unified theory of physics? I'm not discounting a 5th dimension at this stage, but the cash prize should definitely be paid out, according to these latest developments.

I find it really strange that having asked for a psychic, then finding one who predicted a future event to-the-minute, the day of your birth, and the number of your house!!!? Why don't you listen to him when he says it's a good sign?
He seems to have used the numbers given by several people to very rationally predict unknowable things. I find this fascinating. Do you not believe in psychics, BottleInABottle? Yet you read Tarot cards? Everything he says is perfectly clear and consistent. I really can't work you out.

I have also studied astrology in depth - by depth, I mean since I was a young adolescent. I have found resonance and wonder in the signs and symbols.

Yet I am not psychic. I have met two people that I believe may be, and they are terrified of the idea. They don't talk about it at all, much less advertise. Any predictions about my life I have made that have came true were the result of either a careful examination of circumstances, a self-fulfilling 'prophesy' or both. I know if I go out on a sunny day in the middle of summer without sunscreen in a tanktop and shorts, that I will come home with a painful sunburn. I also know that if I wear sunscreen, a hat, and any other gear I need, that I will come home without a sunburn.

I'm just confused. I thought 13 was a bad number (thinking of friday the 13th, which I was born on) and 6 too, for obvious reasons. 8 is also supposedly a bad number, but I may be wrong, and not only that, but because this may be a blessing in disguise, I atuomatically assumed something bad would happen at first but which in the long run I actually can take advantage of to bring about a better quality of life. What came in my mind when I thought of that, was death of a beloved one. And that assumption started to make even more sense when I did another tarot reading. This is how it may look like, according to the tarot cards: Tomorrow I'm going to experience mental anguish (made a second reading and got three of hearts, meaning bad news that leads to heartbreak), in 2 days "A time of tranquility and intellectual repose in the midst of a great struggle." in 3 days losing a sense of place, 4 days im apparently gonna recover to some degree and become more open for relationships and 5 days I got the death card. So it seems to me like Im going to enter the next phase of life in 5 days, after going through some mental torment. One of the interpretations of the 555 is "fasten your seatbelts" and this connects quite well, as its telling me to get ready for life changes that may leave me traumatized if im not prepared.

I meant no disrespect to the psychic, and I am sorry if I gave that impression. It may seem as if I am unserious sometimes, but that is because I always doubt what I write if it will come out serious-sounding or not. Seems like there are many theories out there regarding that famous eleven eleven phenomenon. Maybe you've taken a look at some of them, if you're interested.

Someone else says that 13 meant something to them for a short time only, and then it then became completely meaningless.

Why do you accept that it is important now? On what basis? You were seeing 118 and 555/5555 initially.
You have replaced your own numbers with one given by someone else. And they admitted that it was meaningless even to them.

That's what everyone's been saying. Realizing that it is just your perception is enough. There's nothing to work out. That's the whole point. Maybe that is your "transformation" after all? 118 is the number that started appearing consecutevly before I even started got so obsessed about no.s though, so yes, it may have been true from the beginning that a transformation was to occur. I still hear and see it a lot, so my guess is that the "big thing" has not hit the road yet. I don't completely dismiss the fact that we may be able to connect certain patterns of numbers with reality to predict future events, but yes yes, some times the experience is just made up by the individual, either by paranoia, delusions or the power of law of attraction.
