Hey guys. I've been reading the forums for about 6 years or so. I'm only joining now that I'm trying to clean up my act and can use some advice and more important info than just the best roa etc. I've been a regular opiate, benzo and occasional adderal user. Went cold turkey from Zoloft a few months ago. Also, i fell off a cycle of anabolics without proper pct about a year ago due to a mental break down. I constantly feel like crap. I just want to get clean and back in shape. I want to feel good again, mentally, physically, and emotionally. Any and all guidance is greatly appreciated, especially wright ups from people in similar situations ive been searching and searching and couldn't find anything. Thanks again.

Be careful with very psychologically-overpowering steroids such as trenblone, anadrol, or halotestin. Being that you had a break down, those are pretty sure to make you have another.

To get back in find a good source for pharma grade test enanthate; usually underground labs are overrated in the dosage. Pharm grade will usually come in ampules of 1mL/250mg (true 250) test enanthate.

Start off simple.
500mgs test enanthate weekly. The only real difference between enth and cypionate is that cypionate has a slightly longer half life. IMO, I stay away from it.

Trust me, simple is better when you're getting back on. Run 500mg test enanthate a week by twelve weeks and (!!!!!!) follow up this time with the Anthony Roberts PCT. google it. It's perfect.

Best wishes.

Edit: typos.

If the OP is intent on using AAS I might suggest he read "Your first cycle".... It covers dose, pct, diet, etc...

I might suggest 250mg might be optimal for a beginner, as opposed to 500mg... 250mg tapered end of cycle might not need PCT...

A decent UG lab can be as good as pharma and can work out to be much cheaper...

Cypionate and Enanthate are just esters attached to the testosterone steran neucleus on the "D"-ring 17b-OH group, the ester is responsible for the active life of the testosterone molecule, it doesn't alter the pharmacological action of testosterone just its speed of release into the bloodstream.. Although both esters are quite different: enanthate having a straight carbon backbone, cypionate having a cyclopental-ring, their release times are quite similar at roughly 5 days for Enanthate and 6 days for Cypionate. Enanthate being slightly lighter than Cyp' hence with Enanthate you may obtain about 67.8% of testosterone /mg of compound, against about 65.8% for Cyp'..

Anthony Roberts, didn't he get thrown off BB.com..?

PCT= nolva-hCG-aromasin together..?? maybe not..

This Is what I got doing a quick pub med search I found an article that states the half life of test-e is 4-5 days (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/2333732)

In saying, Half lives aren't set in stone. There's a lot of variables to be considered. The value given on Enanthate is a commonly accepted average value it can be substantially longer or shorter than this as it depends on a plethora of factors.

See the above reaction, it's an equilibrium reaction. Esters spontaneously react with water. The blood within your body is a water based solution, hence testosterone esters break down naturally to some extent once they hit the blood stream, but this process is also facilitated via enzymes known as esterases (also present in the blood stream).

When you inject your oil it creates a depot with a specific surface area exposed to the blood plasma within your muscles. The oil containing testosterone ester at the exposed surface area interface leaches out slowly into your body's blood stream.

Lower volume injects have a larger surface area to volume ratio to begin with than larger injects, therefore injecting small volumes of gear decreases the half life of testosterone ester within your body.

There are so many variables to consider affecting this process, that it is impossible to give a very definite value for each ester, they are nothing but guides.

Sorry. I wasn't very clear guys. I was on a small cycle of tren and test. And stopped abruptly without a proper pct. I was wondering how long until my system goes back to normal, or if I need to do one now. This was a year ago and im still not feeling right.

Would it be from the roids. Lingering wds from the anti depressants, or lingering wds from ops/benzos/ amps.

THere is no way of knowing for sure, everyone is different
If youre not feeling right after a year i suggest going to a doctor and getting some blood work done so you know exactly whats wrong

NeighborMike just about covered it, go see your GP, or get bloods done private to find where hormone levels are at..

Testosterone, oestradiol, LH, FSH, TSH, liver values, lipids and metabolic panel..

Exceedingly unlikely to be anything to do with HPTA effects from those AAS after this period of time. Could well be a combination of all the withdrawals from other meds though, which of course can also impact HPTA (and just about everything else that might affect mood and motivation).

I would always say the first step to physical and mental recovery is: (1) exercise (2) sleep (3) diet. Do you have a plan that you're following for each?

Somewhat, not in detail. Just trying to get back to normal.
