If you're in your 20's then it's probably natural. But you can do grounding exercises to pull some of this sexual energy downward. If you meditate, focus on your legs and grounding. The colour red is also helpful for this (wearing it, having it around, etc.)
If you're 35+ then it could represent the onset of hormone imbalance. A lot of men as they approach andropause get a lot of heat like women do, but it manifests more as a very high libido. The next stage (as 50's approach) will be no libido or impotence in a lot of cases. It's kind of like the candle burning brightest before it goes out. The eastern medicine concept behind this is "kidney yin deficiency". If you have a lot of heat in general, especially in the middle of the night (with night sweating), this would be a "yin deficiency" sign. It's hard to translate this concept to modern terms, but it's endocrine related.
There is also a more esoteric concept relating to tantra and conserving essence, but I won't delve into that here because it's rather non-scientific. But basically, the more you spill seed, the less grounded your root will be, and in turn the more you will feel like you need to spill seed. Sometimes a high sex drive is not the result of needing sex but is a result of having had too much sex. So if you force yourself into a break, the sex drive could actually resolve. Repeat ejaculation increasing testosterone release from the testes.
Also, increase zinc intake. Men store zinc in their prostate and excess ejaculation can deplete this. I find during high libido periods, zinc tames it down.
