Getting more active and time is the only real answer.
Are you saying if within those 3 weeks I had gone to gym or do some kind of sport then I would have recovered even faster?
they say all you really need is 4hrs of sleep for ur brain to replenish, idk how true it is.
of course. any kind of excersize or exertion helps on top of any situation, for my anxiety and panic attacks, i had no choice but to run on the treadmill in rehab to manage the symptoms, and it did help amazingly, even tho sometimes i would run 3miles, 3x a day...so exercise will help amphetamines W/D, help rid ur body of toxins by sweat too, release them endorphins.
