Amphetamine and does sleep help to recover faster from withdraws?

I know that vitamins, proteins, good fats (3,6,9 omegas) help you to recover from the amphetamine withdraws, but
does a lot of sleeping (12h or more) shorten the withdraw period as well?

Unless you have established a large amount of sleep debt it will just make it worse. Your sleep would automatically be longer if you had though. Getting more active and time is the only real answer. How long and how much were you using ?

the point is that I used amphetamine as a study aid (some huge sleep debt, but i did still sleep 6h per day as average). And the last time I used it for about 2 months (not everyday), and it took be around 2-3 weeks to recover completely (the first week I would sleep 14-16 hours then 2nd 12h-14h and the last week it went from 12h to normal). and I was thinking if I were to sleep 10h only everyday would it take the same amount of time to recover?

FOR ME, more sleep helped me recovery from the shitty withdrawl/crash feeling. i was only sleeping 3-4hrs max in between doses or binges, but when i got a good 6-8hr of sleep i felt much better. they say all you really need is 4hrs of sleep for ur brain to replenish, idk how true it is.

Are you saying if within those 3 weeks I had gone to gym or do some kind of sport then I would have recovered even faster?

of course. any kind of excersize or exertion helps on top of any situation, for my anxiety and panic attacks, i had no choice but to run on the treadmill in rehab to manage the symptoms, and it did help amazingly, even tho sometimes i would run 3miles, 3x a day...so exercise will help amphetamines W/D, help rid ur body of toxins by sweat too, release them endorphins.

Thats my whole concern about the amphetamine withdrawal if sleeping a lot does actually help. Even though scientifically we need 4hrs of sleep for our brain to replenish

A common misconception about sleep is that if you stay up for an extra hour on a Tuesday and then go to bed an hour early on Wednesday they've successfully regained the sleep they lost the night before. This unfortunately is false, science and plenty of amphetamine users know what staying up for a consecutive number of hours does. However, science doesn't really know what happens to people who continually don't get enough sleep each night. While a minimal amount of research has been done on this subject recent studies suggest a decline in mental aptitude. Slower mental processing and short term memory loss are common results of these studies. Of the few longer term studies that exist a couple suggest that mental conditions such as depression and generalized anxiety disorder can develop however not enough research has been done to confirm this.

Allow me to humbly suggest you follow the above advice- rest enough but not too much (you feel crappier from oversleeping than a normal sleep duration, WDs or no) and exercise sensibly (them endorphins really help!!).

All that said, try to find some wellbutrin. It's the only thing that makes my life tolerable for the first few days after daily use of speed (adderall, crystal meth, whatever). Drs can often be persuaded to write for this for amphet withdrawal, and it is a profound help- it has probably literally saved my life. And I can't imagine it's hard to get on the street. NO, it won't get you high, or likely even keep you awake- at most you'll get a bit jittery, irritable, and headachy. But it will get rid of most of the thick brain fog due to neurotransmitter deprivation.

Good luck.
