I can't travel I mean I can probably relocate to San Diego or Los Angeles with the help of my family but I don't feel like doing that and having to change my health insurance and benefits to.another county all over again.

Those two would be more affordable, at least San Diego would, and better weather - two things you've talked about. You made a big decision by moving coast to coast, maybe consider taking the inconvenience of changing insurance location for a more comfortable environment.

Or at least research into waiting times for housing comparisons in different CA countries.
