Ok, you know what primary language Dell's reps speak and, where do they outscource their customer care and technical support from?
The thickness of the accent leads me to believe it is India. The phone number that they contact you from for any inbound calls comes from Canada but those aren't Canadians on the other end of the line.
How much money do they save doing that?
Not enough to make it worth it, seeing as Dell is dying. Their shitty CS also put me off ever buying anything Dell again, and that was almost 10 years ago.
