ALERT! Dangerous 'cocaine' circulating in Amsterdam

A guy I know of who converts afghan brown #3 to a convincing and very strong white salt like #4 sells a gram for about 2/3 the price of a decent gram of cocaine. Just seems to me like some idiot dealers are getting their products mixed up, or the phrase "China White" which some people think means cocaine, and others strong #4 heroin has caused some kind of fuck up here rather than anything malevolent going on.
