You would more quickly develop dependence on clonazepam.
There is no real equivalent. These are two different drugs. Although they have similar actions in some respects, the "Buzz" is very different.
As long as you don't use either every day (for example you only use on the weekends) dependence won't be an issue. However, alcohol and benzos combine for a POWERFUL effect. You will almost certainly black out. You are likely to do stupid things (which you won't remember) for example drinking more and taking more pills, possibly leading to death by CNS depression. Additionally, you could injure yourself from falling, or walking into traffic. Honestly, if you are going to mix the two, do so VERY carefully. I would stick to 0.5 to 1mg of clonazepam, and no more than 3 drinks. You will feel like you just slammed a dozen beers. I would seriously caution you to just avoid this combo. It can be extremely dangerous. The danger can't be over stated.
