I have severe social anxiety from long ago , had few times sexual relations but finished in less than 3 min which was quite bad since then i am single all ready many years , its just soo hards with so many problems , if anyone suffers all those symptoms maybe can undersand me, tried many therapeutic exercises but nothing worked .
I will go to Doctor next week and after reading long time in forums about all kind of medicine such Benzos and Srrs i will tell him to prescribe me something for logn term use, the problem comes that i am afraid of wd that you all coment of how bad they really can be if one day stop use theme.
Also after reading i think the best for my case would be something like fluoxetine ( Prozac ) as it has very long half life so maybe can take 1 pill every 3 days and the wd from it are less brutal than from other ssrr´s , all this i am talking about long term use !
I have never taked any antidepressant so i don´t know what you feel on theme, but can someone tell me if taking this Prozac one person can have normal life like doing sport , lift weights , so on ... or you will feel sleepy every time ? Because in my job i need to be in constant movement.
