adderall vs ritalin

Adderall by far. Adderall is actual amphetamine salts. Ritalin is like a shitty caffine buzz X10.
 
I wouldn't think it's too strong at all - but in the sake of harm reduction, start low and titrate up!

I personally found ritalin to be MUCH more fun than I expected, and it didn't seem to have the come down that adderall did. I HATE comming down, so perhaps I'm a little biased (I hadnt found H yet when I was in my 'speed' phase).
 
if it's the first time, 30mg is ok. but crush up the beads and parachute the powder, xr is less fun than ir
 
xr/ir? whats the difference?
i will probably get it prescribed as here in middlesbrough i dont know anyone that sells "exotics"
 
eXtended Release or Instant Release. the XRs have little beads in them that make them get absorbed slower by the body, so you got a long continuous high, where as the IRs come on all at once.

eXtended Release/Instant Release. Obviously the IR version will give more pronounced effects and is the kind usually sought after for recreation.
 
i am gonna tell my mother to go and get me the medicine prescribed, as i have been diagnosed with the a.d.h.d.
also, what is parachuting? i ve been reading on erowid for a while now, and most experiences involve snorting.

the ir comes on 5/10 only?
 
forget about adderall (d-amphetamine + l-amphetamine mix) - l-amphetamine just creates a body load and a more depressed mood; go for dexadrine (straight d-amphetamine) if you have a choice, its twice as potent, almost no comedown in comparison to adderall and way less sketchy. methamphetamine is just the d isomer also... d seems to be more efficient than the l isomer in stims. dex also comes in tablets so you wont have to crush any beads up if you dont wanna be wired for 12+ hours (usually docs seem to prescribe XR). If money matters too d-amphetamine is less than a dollar a pill and adderall is around 4/each :O

anyway, I could go on about the pros of getting dexadrine instead of the wonderfully sketchy adderall (minus the wonderful part) - but I dont even know if you have the choice at this point so I'll leave it at that :) but yea, I guess go for adderall before rit, but most definitely dexadrine before adderall
 
so its dexedrine>adderall>ritalin
what dosage should i ask for each in order to stay below the radar?should i ask for 2 pills?
i am studying in the uk, i have health insurance back home and i would pay 8% only of the price..so the private doctor gave me a combo of meds, and i went to a gp and he gave me the prescription and paid less money.
the "trick" now would be: "the doctor here prescribed me xxx medication" go and get it. and i wouldnt want the doctor there going "oh your son wants to have some fun"

i have an immaculate record with my family so they trust me.
but i wouldnt go ask for the strongest thing out there.
i am on seroquel 100mg, xanax, prozac,inderal, lamictal at the moment, so far never had problems with getting those.

the doc'll most likely decide your starting dose- it'll probably be low like 5mgs twice daily or something of the like, thats fine, when you see him again if 5mgs wasn't enough just tell the doc it was going in the right direction but wasn't quite enough and you'll be put on a higher dose- also twice daily prolly wont last long enough, tell the doc that and you'll get a third dose

since you're getting your meds from the US and you're in britian- you might be able to get the doc to give you enough for a larger dose like 7.5mgs 3 times daily and tell them you'll just make it last longer if 5mgs twice daily works for you-- dont push this, just suggest it- tell the doctor you got this suggested by someone on an add forum- most doctors are pretty good as long as you're sincere with them (in general)
 
i will not meet with any doctor.
i will tell my parents "a doctor here told me to get this medicine" and the doctor there will prescribe it.

Why not? i live downunder and got scripted 20mgs daily easily enought, after saying it helped me sleep when i first took it, and i thought the US was more liberal with meds?. You should have said:

"I highly doubt you will get perscribed Desoxynfor ADHD"

me too- my doc threw me on adderall, I said I didn't like it (I didn't!) and that I wanted to try dexadrine, she said sure and thats pretty much the whole story - this is Canada

@Toufas : I see your situation now, yea, go for 5mgs 3 times daily- most docs wont start you on a large dose and the doc in the US will know that
