^^ the doctor in the US I assume will be under the impression you haven't tried meds before?.. if you are gonna do this, I assume you're gonna want your British doctor to seem realistic?

They way i understood it was that Methylphenidate binds to the dopamine and norepinephrine receptors and making it so the dopamine still bounces around up there without being re-absorbed. Amphetamines accually cause the prodiction of norepinephrine and dopamine. Am i close to base here guys?
