They're undoubtedly dosed much higher than tabs, given the NBOMe series aren't as active orally (obviously still are, but must have high degradation through the stomach). Increase the dosage = more remains intact when swallowed.
Good thing not many people if any would have a habit of letting a whole pill be absorbed sublingually....let's just hope nobody plugs one.
