Syrian rue tea: a recipe for disaster - PubMed
Peganum harmala, commonly called "Syrian rue," is native to countries around the Mediterranean sea and western United States. Known for its sedative effects when consumed by farm animals, its seeds have stimulant and hallucinogenic effects at low doses (3-4 g when eaten) in humans. Its active...

I also like to experiment with the Rue combo
My advice start low like 100mg then 300mg and then 500mg, I think the max I would combine would be 1 gram and then if you found your sweet spot stop...no point in going higher...but I think 3 grams is absolutely the stop point
I would strongly suggest people not to try this combo with anything but shrooms and traditional preparations ( ayahuasca ) and definitely not if your on any type of blood thinner, psyche med etc etc whatever you may take
Also do a drug interactions check with any daily medications you take if you are going to consume Rue. The drugs.com website has a drug interactions checker you can just plug in any list of the maoi inhibitor drug category and see what you should not combine with it...and then just adhere to what you should not take with Syrian Rue as it is also a maoi inhibitor
