So how would you account for the recent busting of a local Bler, and his suspicions that it came from here, or the Bler who was hauled before a commission a couple of years ago and a thread from this forum used as reference? Or going further back, the busting of a Bluelight meetup. There have also been recent busts involving the importation of Mephedrone. Who knows who much intel came from this place - perhaps we will know after these people have their cases heard.


The reason we don't permit discussions on prices is simple. Prices do nothing to provide a universal number on cost - it's all about who you know. Then there's the inevitable dicksizing "I can get it for a fraction of the cost" etc. In short, there's no HR value in talking about prices.

Importation is regarded as a serious offense. We don't encourage or suggest anyone import anything that risks contravening local laws, just like we don't allow dealing. As for extractions, these are generally permitted atm, and even synthesis talk is sometimes acceptable if the focus is on impurities.

It would seem you may have outgrown Aus Drug Discussion, as you don't seem content with what's on offer. We don't attempt to be like other sites, including those you mentioned. And as for harm prevention/harm reduction, to me it's two ends of the same scale.

I think this thread has run it's course, as I can see myself just repeating what I've already said. The reasons why we don't allow a free for all have been stated. Love it or leave it....

You would be amazed at what gets discussed in other places within BL that do not fall under 'Australia & South-East Asian' drug discussion.

Honestly, you may not need to look far for the level of discussion you seek.

^ Australian prices get posted in the OD price thread all the time. Feel free to add to it, I use it.

Hopefully I can ask without incurring the wrath of the mods, but what exactly about extraction and importation are you wanting to discuss?

I figured it was on the cards.
But something to remind yourselves is what it was like when you first got into drug discussion. Probably along time ago for you mod's but not so long for people like me, or alot of the people who would view this site.

Social discussions are good because they attract more people to the site, and a thread in the style I was stating I think would have HR values to it.

But I trust you guys know what your doing, and if last time it was a failure I see no reason this time it would be different. But keep it in mind, social threads are also important and should be trialed once in awhile to see if it attracts new people, or to see what gets brought up.

But yeah as I said, I trust you guys :P Keep up the good work =D
 
^^ There was a serious discussion about the topic you raise for a pro reason was discussed fully.

Also people, there are many threads that us mod people can see that discuss the future and direction of this forum seriously. We have plans, just they take time as we are volunteers and don't have all day to sit on BL.

Like p_d said, try other places in BL, and if you're after a Aus section it seems your after sourcing, as it would be the only reason that a Aus specific thread would be different than a global thread about such things.

Also try this. www.inthemix.com.au not drug talk, but deff a loose forum whith heaps of elitist and trolls, thats why I only have about 10 post count there.

Did you guys see the post where some one was suggesting they send in local football teams to beat up doofers? Not nice, not nice at all.
 
I'm closing this thread, however, if anyone has anything worthwhile to add PM a mod and we'll consider re-opening it.

Also keep this in mind. If you feel a particular rule gets in the way of a worthwhile topic that offers valuable Harm Reduction related info, PM one of the mods, and we'll discuss whether we think it's suitable.
