Glad you enjoyed it! That was just a fun little edit of me and my friends. I don't think (actually I know) rollerbladers don't get the recognition they deserve. Skateboarders are making millions of dollars a year and have there own shows on MTV while there are 2 maybe 3 rollerbladers in the world that make enough for an ok living.

Check out this video if you'd like, this is one of the best rollerbladers in the united states and has to work part time at office max to make ends meet.

Ill never forget my first time going down an 11' vert. I couldn't believe I made safely to the other side. The adrenaline was bumping so hard, it took me a few minutes to calm down so I could get down.

Ahh my young years.. do I miss thee

Caffeine addiction can actually be a rough little addiction. If I don't have a shitload of coffee every morning my body starts fucken me up. Pissy mood, headache, body aches, all that shit. I've tried to quit but the headaches are terrible -- brain splitting at times, even.

I was mad addicted to caffeine my sophormore year of college, at 19/20. I would make a whole fench press full first thing in the morning because I woke up with a splitting headache... like 2 large mugs full, drink it all, get a buzz, go to class, come back at like 3pm, get a headache, make another french press full, and usually another in the evening. In between I'd often use caffeine pills (200-300mg each), and for a while Yellowjackets quite a lot (300mg of caffeine plus 25mg of ephedrine each - 2 or 3 at once. Not nrearly as much coffee then but still some for sure).

One day I just stopped... I didn't really have money and I was home at my parents' house. I had headaches and lethargy for like 3 days and then I was no longer addicted. I still drink coffee most days, but like one cup. Doesn't bother me if I don't at all. Caffeine was actiually really easy for me to quit, although certainly an addiction.

I wish kratom was easy.

Haha oh man, those yellow jackets were the shit! :D I'd almost forgotten about those. I used to pop those with my prescribed adderall to give it a little more push -- I'm glad I didn't have a heart attack in the middle of class hahaha!

But yah man, I really should quit. I make super-strong french press coffee and I just love the shit, drink it all the time. Now that I don't take adderall anymore i pretty much just rely on coffee, piracetam, and choline for motivation. Its probably not the healthiest thing to do but I feel way better than when I was taking adderall.

YEah, caffeine is more sustainable than adderall for sure.

These days to keep myself feeling motivated I spend a lot of time outside, and for a while I've been taking DOC on the weekends and the afterglow carries me through the week. I've been as happy and balanced as I've been in a long time for months now! :) And it keeps getting better as winter ends and Spring emerges. <3

yes I'm getting really happy with all the good sun recently

I actually am a little red on my body from sun today I am so happy about that <3

I am down to just a small amount of coffee in the morning now...piracetam really helps me not need much coffee...piracetam is just a great drug if you take it minimally (if I take it every day it actually becomes counter-productive too much acetylcholine stimulation).

Hmm, caffeine is my favorite stimulant for sure, simply cos it tastes good when consumed as coffee. But yeah, I drink faggottloads of it so I have a tolerance; I can usually sleep immediately after drinking coffee sometimes more.

Hey G_P, that sounds like a nice pond encounter :) I'm thinking of tokin a bit of DMT in the sun with my doggy....<3

I already posted this video in S&T but I thought you guys would also enjoy it very much.

It’s not everyday you come across a new artistic effect or technique so disruptive that it makes you stop dead in your tracks. Leaving you with nothing but a thick sense of wonder and curiosity. This short HD film called “Scintillation” by Xavier Chassaing did just that to myself and many others in the last few days on the Vimeo HD Channel. The short video has left a long trail of envious viewer comments and postings:

“i’ve never see anything like this before. I’m sure everyone would love to know a little more about the process if you care to share.”

“It took little time for my curiosity behind the technical aspects of this piece to be replaced with sheer, mesmerizing absorption. The music was the perfect complement.”

Scintillation combines an innovative mix of stop motion and live projection mapping techniques that seem to be unidentified at the moment. Xavier did comment on his plans to produce a “making of” to help explain his technique. Until the mystery of this artists process is revealed, we have little to do but enjoy.

-that was taking from my brother's blog, check that out too while you're at it, he's pretty clever www.spinningmedium.com

Good morning PD.

I came up with a theory, why some people find shrooms intimidating, and find acid smoother, when others like me feel exactly opposite about it.

You see, mushrooms have a will of their own. LSD doesn't, it's just a raw force that needs to be harnessed and steered to the right direction. Now, if you care for the mushrooms, cultivate them, treat them with love, they will also treat you well and care for you during your trip.

Then again, some people may feel intimidated by the strong presence of another awareness with a direct connection to your mind, when they trip on shrooms. Maybe they don't know the mushroom entities well, and the mushrooms don't know them, so they feel strange to each other. So they feel more comfortable with LSD, where you have to steer the trip yourself.

And the people like me who are very familiar with the mushroom entities, find that they take care of them during the trip, and they can just let go and let the mushrooms steer their trip in the right direction. And on acid they feel threatened, since the familiar presence is not there, and they are not used to having to control the trip theirselves.

So if you find mushrooms threatening, or the trip is not smooth, you need to get acquainted with the mushroom spirits. Get to know and love them, and they will take care of you on your journeys!

e. only just realised there's a better thread for this theory. Oh well, I'll c/p it there. I only just woke up, brains not working well yet...

^very interesting theory, I find acid more "compatible" with many situations. While, I treat mushrooms with intense respect and preparation before embarking on the trip. Maybe it has to do with the tryptamine spirit, because what you said, rings very true with DMT.

I know I will never go to another indoor concert on mushrooms. Nor will I ever take mushrooms just because they were offered to me for free. (like last night with LSD:D)

Well, IME the DMT spirit and the mushroom spirit are very different entities. In fact, on DMT you can meet lots and lots of different entities and communicate directly with them. On mushrooms it's just the mushroom spirits, which I think are the manifestation of the awareness of the mushroom species.

Yeah, I'm sure if I'd just buy my mushrooms from some random dude they wouldn't treat me as well. Growing them yourself is such a rewarding experience, I wouldn't trade it for anything.
