Mexico would be convenient and probably cheapest for those in the USA, particularly not TOO far south. But I understand then Europe would be out in the cold. Hmmm.

One thing I do like about Mexico is that passports and such may be uncomplicated. I don't know why, but I get the feeling Europe wouldn't be quite so simple. Tell me if I'm way off base here (I could be).
