You shouldn't let it piss you off, though, Brimz because it's not actually free. It is paid for by taxes.

It's perfectly reasonable to think the NHS is a great thing, that we're very lucky to have it, and that it should be a damn sight better.
 
Yeah i hear you but in the States you can be paying taxes and still have to pay for Health care a hell of a lot as well.
I swear some folks in the U.K don't know how good they have it .

Just gets on me tits hearing folk cunt of GPs , n Such all the time .
My present GP is fukin excellent
Also i've had some fantastic treatment in Hospital even when the reason i was in their was Drug related and blatantly my fault.

Yeah, although taxes in the States are lower than they are here.

The point, my point, is that as members of the human species we are all entitled to a view about how we should organise things. It's not about taking pot shots at doctors and nurses, it's about taking responsibility for ourselves and future generations.

Of course, there are some people who do enjoy criticising public servants in a mean spirited way and they can fuck off ;)
 
I was just trying to balance things out a bit actually i understand what your saying but surely credit should be given where it is due ?

I 've had some terrible treatment in the past but also i've had life saving operations performed in A & E .

Yeah fair enough mate. I think we can all agree that the NHS is definitely in the positive when it comes to what it has done, but it could just do with a little improvement!
