Kratom 7-OH-Mitragynine and Mitragynine Pseudoindoxyl

How frequently could one take 7oh without raising tolorence and how much? I usually dose 2-3 g of kratom 2-3x daily about 5 days a week. Recently started adding a mg or 3 of 7-oh 1-2x weekly. Just curious
Tolerance appears to fully reset within four days of abstinence, so maybe something like twice a week or so would work? Reminds me of mushrooms' timeframe as far as tolerance goes.

Ok cool. Definitely dont want to experience 7oh withdrawal so keeping it super as needed. Is there any info on mixing it with dextroamphetamine? The kratom/7oh combo this morning has me tired. Would i be safer with caffeine or would the adderall potentially synergize?

I've mixed it with all sorts of stimulants, meth and MDPM worked really well with it as well as 4F-MPH, amphetamine, caffeine, methylliberine, theacrine, DMAA, etc.

So not much risk there? I feel 7 oh could be useful for the comedown of the adderall as well? Thank you for the insight

Yeah I've mixed it with everything I'd mix kratom with; aka anything, including amphetamine (which is Adderall).

It lasts 3-4 hours if not mixed with straight kratom leaf, that gives you 5-6 hours. Keep the short duration and fiendishness of redosing in mind.

1-2 times weekly would be ok. From what ive read and noticed it takes 2 days maybe 3 of a larger dose both days or multiple doses etc.
What you wanna do (1-3mg only 1-2x a week) would be fine you shouldn't notice any crazy tolerance increase I don't think

Since that post I've taken it twice, I found sublingual did make it hit faster. It felt equivalent to hydrocodone and was a nice sorta more energizing buzz slightly like oxy. Although I didn't get any nods or crazy euphoria or alot of warmth (I did get some), it helped alot to keep me from taking other opioids like hydro and morphine which is nice for me cuz I can spread my stash of D8s, XR hydromorphs and Kadians out a little longer.
Sublingual hit like 20 or 25 minutes in, and the peak took about 1 hour to develop. Oral took slightly longer, 30-40 to hit and 90ish min to peak (like you said)
I also feel like 7OH might be semi useful for withdrawls or maybe a taper although I've heard of it developing a crazy tolerance very fast. But I was thinking maybe when I'm off my morphine and hydromorphone binge I'll use the 7OH every two days alongside Carisoprodol and Loperamide and be able to taper off relatively painlessly. I dont know though we'll see I can update when I try it
I agree that the sublingual is the way to go. Unlike your experience, I did feel a good amount of warm the and some euphoria. I wish it wasn’t so darn expensive. Then again, maybe that’s a good thing.
😁

So recently, both of these compounds have become available in the US. At least the 7OH is very easy to synthesize assuming you have pure mitragynine. I won't go into details about it, but I've done it.

The Psuedoindoxyl which is supposedly several times more potent than the 7-OH i am a little skeptical about because there is no actual standard that exists for it. Still, I got a few pressed pills labeled R, G, and W. One is 7-OH, one is supposedly the pseudoindoxyl and one is supposedly a mix. They are all strong as fuck.

So, what I can say about at least the 7-OH is it is extremely strong, and its quite a bit longer lasting then mitragynine. The effects are quite similar to MIT which is actually quite different than eating the plant. I took 19mg of 53% 7-OH and that was way overkill. I'm not sure how dangerous these are but I imagine they can be abused.

I actually expect it to become illegal in the next few years.

Anyway, discuss and share your experiences here!
In my experience, 7-HO has a shorter, stronger, effect and way more mu-opioid receptor action (making it more like a traditional opioid) and has horrid withdrawals that start within like 6 hours. Pseudoindoxyl is stronger than MIT, and more opiate-like, but seems to be smoother, less euphoric, and has gentler withdrawals than Hydroxy.

I’m sure they’ll be banned before long, but i really hope kratom leaf stays available for those who need it, the AKA seems to be fairly confident it will be able to ensure that.

I got ddd at 30 in a surfing whiplash accident after daily riding for 12 years and been on methadone since. All that looking up probably helped give me arthritis
Yet I was still active as can be for the next 20 years, lots of surfing and neck pain and opioids. Also tried many other therapies (12 level rhizotomies, anyone) first but by 2004 had two neck surgeries Band aid laser discectomy which led to a real AC/DF fusion at C-5/C-6

I got along ok but had a pain contract for opioid n benzo which Ive been on for 20 years now. Then had another whiplash t-bone car accident in 2017 which led me to believe I needed an artificial disc at C-6 C-7. Desperate for relief, tired of getting sideways looks at the pharmacy its like rock meet hard place. pharmacists telling me to take a QT test when my doc was already on it. Or scorn if I needed more meds or early refills, the stigma at the pharmacy or dealing with other medical professionals the scorn is often palpable.
I couldn't look up or to the right very well at all for 2 years. I definitely have all kinds of neck issues, bone spurs, spondylolisthesis, was desperate and was visiting surgeons for thought I wanted/needed more surgery. Lucky it started to resolve, so now,,,,,
I still practice skate and actually am getting stronger over the course of years. I had to give up surfing due to neck strain and arm tendon and shoulder issues.
But look forward to tomorrow even though I am thoroughly bolted together, ankles got hardware, broken wrists, torn biceps tendon, hip has arthritis, I could go on,
Im down to 12.5 mgs methadone and staying active.
At 57 its better to take less risks in sport as injury just leads to down time and, inevitably for me, additional drug use
I usually crash 4 times per year but skate daily; so I feel safer for skating than walking.
I have similar injury to c5- t2. Traumatic brachial plexus avulsions motorcycle accident in1998. Tried EVERY thing except suicide for really bad pain. Currently on 10mg methadone 3x day but it takes twice that for me to function. I am in US state of Georgia though and they only give drugs to people in addiction treatment here it seems. I finally ended up in wheelchair from botched surgical procedures that included burning 120 "lesions" tears and scar tissues off my spinel cord.
There are literally NO other narcotic or opioid meds that touch this spinal cord pain. Right now I'm out of methadone till next week so it's pretty bad. Trying kratom for WD symptoms and so I can eat once a day-- I've ended up in ICU after going without pain meds in the past.from Malnutrition.

Son of a.....i feel for you. only had 12 lesions burned

Feeling sorry for myself going down to 20mg. Was on 60, could work, surf, ride a moto, But you can go down, ever try going back up?
No go
Same in Oregon at the clinic you gotta be an addict not a pain patient. the ER won't take you after once or so cuz they don't serve addicts....catch 22 Considering the clinic so call me an addict.
That's how medical professionals have treated me for 20 years. Uhh; I basically was crushed, FFL is how my callous first pain doc referred to me,
(fucked for Life). I guess he didn't like my bending his prolotherapy needles with my trigger points.
Still glad to be on this side o the dirt; but it sucks man. ER said don't come here with your methadone withdrawal we aren't a clinic.
Doc wonders why 180 pound working guy went to 140 pound waif (after he lowered my dose).
