Try to follow this to the best of your ability:
-Take 300mg Chelated (key-lay-ted) magnesium, and in the likely event that you don't have chelated magnesium, take whatever form of magnesium you have, be it magnesium oxide, citrate, or whatever, and invest in the far superior chelated form of magnesium before you do meth ever again. Seriously. I would never do methamphetamine without chelated magnesium, it is such a better, smoother, cleaner experience.
-Take a COMPLETE multivitamin. For example, if it says SERVING SIZE: 2 TABLETS, and if you don't read that and only take one tablet, then you will only get half of what is advertised on the bottle, and after a week of binging, you're going to need the complete dose.
-If you have it, take a couple coconut oil capsules, or just a tablespoon or so of *organic raw unrefined* coconut oil. It has almost no taste but can be stirred into a drink like some orange juice or easily eaten with a bite of food.
-Take 2 vitamin D gel capsules, your body is deficient (In ALL of the above nutrients/vitamins/electrolytes).
-Now, on the subject of food. The type of food you put in your body will greatly impact the next few days for you, so DO the following:
-YOU MUST EAT. IT IS NON NEGOTIABLE. Eat a huge healthy meal and if you haven't already, make sure you are meeting the healthy hydration standards (8 cups of 8 ounces of water per day), keeping in mind that too much water is counter productive, and that your electrolytes are already allllllll moderately to severely imbalanced, so don't JUST drink water, you will need something like Gatorade or Pedialyte.
-Drink a tall glass of milk before getting in bed, this will help coat your stomach with much-needed protective lining, and also help with sleep.
-Now, listen up carefully here... the list of no-no's that should be avoided like the plague: high fructose corn syrup, sweet/sugary foods, candy, hot pockets, fast food, alcohol, caffeine, energy drinks, processed food, partially/fully hydrogenated oils, trans fats, bad cholesterol, pretty much if its the kind of food they sell at the gas station or is wrapped in plastic, microwaveable, these are all signs of JUNK food that can make you feel even worse.
-This last bit of advice is not food related, but is probably the single most important determining factor in how you will feel over the next few days: SLEEP. ABSOLUTELY NON-NEGOTIABLE. . Take a hot shower and get in a relaxed state of mind, being wary of CNS depressants, and get into bed with all the lights and away from external stimuli (television, music, other people), and just try to sleep. It may not come easily, but do NOT give up. Even if you can't sleep but just rest with your eyes closed, you will feel exponentially better in the morning.
-Learn from your mistakes. Staying up for more than a day at a time on methamphetamine has been proven a recipe disaster time after time after time. Staying up for a week on such a neurotoxic compound is reckless and is a rookie mistake, that can induce permanent long-term health and cognitive defects. Especially from what I've seen, amateurs are much more likely to binge and therefore, run much higher risks of engaging in risky behavior that they later regret or have no memory of, more likely to go into psychosis or run into legal trouble, and much more likely to pose a risk to themselves and those around them. A professional/experienced methamphetamine user will/should know when to sleep, and the dangers of stimulant abuse in combination with the sleep/food/water deprivation it induces.
