Stimulants 6 Day Meth Binge - I know the come down is going to really suck :-( any tips???

My tip is as follows: DO NOT DO METH EVER AGAIN. I know you won't listen to me because you are an addict, (sorry bud, but it's true), but you've shown by doing meth for 6 days straight that the chance that you can handle the drug responsibly from now on is far less than 1%. In other words, you're an addict with very little will power. Quit TOTALLY while you can. And any time you want to try it, even just "one more time," remind yourself of the fact that you have HORRIBLE will power and that YOU WILL be addicted again. Sorry for the harsh words, but it's for your own good

This. I wouldn't dream of taking any amphetamines without benzo's on hand unless it was a spur of the moment thing, then it would be full of regret probably! I sometimes even think a 10mg dose of valium before doing strong coke takes any edge off if there is any. With longer lasting more psychosis enducing stimulants it's sometimes handy to eat a few benzo's throughout the binge just to stave off the inevitable paranoia for a while lol.

Completely agree. After experiencing full blown psychosis, I realize how close I was to committing serious crimes under the validation of a suspicion. With benzos or GHB, my mind instantly returns to "normal".

Try to follow this to the best of your ability:

-Take 300mg Chelated (key-lay-ted) magnesium, and in the likely event that you don't have chelated magnesium, take whatever form of magnesium you have, be it magnesium oxide, citrate, or whatever, and invest in the far superior chelated form of magnesium before you do meth ever again. Seriously. I would never do methamphetamine without chelated magnesium, it is such a better, smoother, cleaner experience.

-Take a COMPLETE multivitamin. For example, if it says SERVING SIZE: 2 TABLETS, and if you don't read that and only take one tablet, then you will only get half of what is advertised on the bottle, and after a week of binging, you're going to need the complete dose.

-If you have it, take a couple coconut oil capsules, or just a tablespoon or so of *organic raw unrefined* coconut oil. It has almost no taste but can be stirred into a drink like some orange juice or easily eaten with a bite of food.

-Take 2 vitamin D gel capsules, your body is deficient (In ALL of the above nutrients/vitamins/electrolytes).

-Now, on the subject of food. The type of food you put in your body will greatly impact the next few days for you, so DO the following:

-YOU MUST EAT. IT IS NON NEGOTIABLE. Eat a huge healthy meal and if you haven't already, make sure you are meeting the healthy hydration standards (8 cups of 8 ounces of water per day), keeping in mind that too much water is counter productive, and that your electrolytes are already allllllll moderately to severely imbalanced, so don't JUST drink water, you will need something like Gatorade or Pedialyte.

-Drink a tall glass of milk before getting in bed, this will help coat your stomach with much-needed protective lining, and also help with sleep.

-Now, listen up carefully here... the list of no-no's that should be avoided like the plague: high fructose corn syrup, sweet/sugary foods, candy, hot pockets, fast food, alcohol, caffeine, energy drinks, processed food, partially/fully hydrogenated oils, trans fats, bad cholesterol, pretty much if its the kind of food they sell at the gas station or is wrapped in plastic, microwaveable, these are all signs of JUNK food that can make you feel even worse.

-This last bit of advice is not food related, but is probably the single most important determining factor in how you will feel over the next few days: SLEEP. ABSOLUTELY NON-NEGOTIABLE. . Take a hot shower and get in a relaxed state of mind, being wary of CNS depressants, and get into bed with all the lights and away from external stimuli (television, music, other people), and just try to sleep. It may not come easily, but do NOT give up. Even if you can't sleep but just rest with your eyes closed, you will feel exponentially better in the morning.

-Learn from your mistakes. Staying up for more than a day at a time on methamphetamine has been proven a recipe disaster time after time after time. Staying up for a week on such a neurotoxic compound is reckless and is a rookie mistake, that can induce permanent long-term health and cognitive defects. Especially from what I've seen, amateurs are much more likely to binge and therefore, run much higher risks of engaging in risky behavior that they later regret or have no memory of, more likely to go into psychosis or run into legal trouble, and much more likely to pose a risk to themselves and those around them. A professional/experienced methamphetamine user will/should know when to sleep, and the dangers of stimulant abuse in combination with the sleep/food/water deprivation it induces.

Sounds like just a healthy way to live, lol if you're doing all this why even bother using something like methamphetamine, or abusing anything for that matter? I'm glad I read that post, b/c I usually eat like that normally and have been dabbling with drugs again which seem to go against a healthy way of life, I guess drug logic can be strange...

This is a dangerous mentality (no offense but...) a huge issue with drug use is that users simply let themselves go, stop worrying about the basics like Renz said because it seems odd to try be healthy if you are doing hardcore drugs.

So this way of thinking basically means your on an unhealthy drug and then you are also not looking after yourself on top of that and thats really going to screw you over, no doubt about it.
By following these basics with responsible drug use you can ensure almost zero damage is done by your usage.

For example with meth not eating regularly or hydrating properly not only makes the trip itself far less fun, it also ensures the vitamin deficiency that cause meth mouth for example. You can pretty much stop meth mouth in its tracts with "basic healthy ways to live" type stuff (im sure people still think its from the smoke etc, bull)

And if you dont care about the long term (I also often say "Its future blights problem") then you will care about the fact that eating, hydrating and taking chelated magnesium has massive impact in making your high way better, with immediate benefits to your good time, today. Thats definitely worth it, even if your future health isn't.

If you work in a professional environment and you tweak, everyone with half a brain knows and you're just seeing what you want to when it comes to the reality of the situation.

not true.

"A professional methamphetamine user". Methamphetamine and professional dont belong in the same sentence. Meth heads are the last thing from being/acting professional....Sounds like their should be a NMSL (National meth smoking league).

nmsl....i want a members only jacket

I would say that is the safest mentality blight12. By no means was I discrediting the info that mod posted, just saying the very nature of a drug like methamphetamine goes against a healthy lifestyle, plain and simple. IF you are going to indulge then of course you want to take precautions, moderate to the best of your ability, and be smart & safe. I assumed that was the obvious I would have expanded my remark had I known a mind like your's would interpret my statement as such ;)

I hear you, no offense intended again, just feel strongly about that specific point but I see you didn't intend to say what I may have interpreted. Cheers for seeing my post for what it was intended to be. Keep well.

Or if u can get ur hands on some good dope. That helps the amphetamine comedown a lot. I binged on MDMA for a few days straight (and that's a lot to me, since I'm not really a fan of amphetamines & I'm a huge fan of sleep) but anyways, I did a few bags of china and it just makes everything 100% better in that situation.
