50 years of friendship, down he toilets

Sounds like concern to be honest maybe a bit too far but I think most of us have had that before wether it was a friend or an uncle or whoever with a rough way about them. Stepdad was the exact same way..then again so was my biological dad who I seen once everytime I got in deep shit but I think it's probably salvageable is what I'm getting at..if there was more to it since the call to the cops sounds like he knew more about the situation and possibly couldn't reach you...sorry if I'm wrong about that but that's a guess.

You don't seem to like the guy

Maybe you have other friends

Maybe being lonely is ok

Fasty, this would have been murder. :(
Nah, manslaughter on the grounds of extreme emotional stress. Probably could have do in in 5 years in Broadmoor. (For my teacher training - no bragging intended - while the snowflake wankers did all about Piaget's theory of learning, my dissattation was "none verbal control in the classroom". When asked why such an unusual subject for my disattation, I replied, "you've got to get the little bastards to take notice of you, before you can attempt to pass on education". At that point , they stopped asking stupid fucking questions, to the longhaired, fat bastard, sitting in front of them!

Still haven't heard what happened in between matey saying he will get sectioned again and matey crossfacing him against the wall. I'm going to guess it involves him starting the violent altercation or threatening violence, making mateys cross face entirely legitimate.
As far as I'm concerned, best part of a week, after incident occurred, I would have taken Schadenfreude at watching the life run uotvof his eyes, before mine.
Mad, without a shadow of a doubt, but, it would have been great watch the life run out of his eyes, by some, polite, courteous cripple, who found a flick knife Stanley knife in his pocket.
Out of the people who've known me that well, how many have experienced that degree of psychopathic hatred, spew from me (even with tory politicians)?

Trying to collapse my windpipe. Close enough on a one ormed disabled.person.

Still haven’t heard what lead up to him cross facing you….

You sound like an extremely angry individual, I imagine it’s a pretty painful place to be in. I hope you can find some peace around it ☮️

I called him an ignorant twat, because despite what he likes to think, he knows, he knows fuck all.
Yes I'm fucking angry, having to very polite to about pharmacology To people who know fuck all about it.
If that makes very angry, so be it...

It would have been a 'proportional response' so no, it would not be manslaughter. We ARE allowed to defend our own lives. If you 'copped out on your nuthouse record' (paraphrasing Bill) and brought in the other factors, such as physical disability, no jury would convict.

I WAS charged with GBH after a guy attacked me and found out how strong the arms of a man who has been on crutches for decades really get. On CCTV he grabbed my crutches and threw them away! So how come were their charges? He had a heart attack and almost died.

But I wouldn't even recognise the guy and don't hate him. After all, it was he who got beaten up by a cripple and then ended up in the ICU. The police just told me not to visit. So I sent flowers... No message, no threats.

Just try not to be bitter. Staying angry will harm you, not him.

Living a happy life is the best revenge.

Bravo!

I'm not proud of it. It just happened.

But I suspect few people charged with GBH which could so easily have become manslaughter would make a statement and out of the police station in under 4 hours. Being a cripple subject to seizures made them worry. No magistrate's court in the morning, just released with no formal conditions... although the inspector who took my statement stated (informally) that I had told the truth and the whole truth... and that she had seen the CCTV footage.

I think she made a brave choice. I could, in theory, sought to further damage the guy, but I just wanted to go home.

BTW the guy's statement and the woman who was a 'witness' both told utter fictions and given mine reflected the CCTV footage in detail, they knew what had happened. But they kept asking about 'all the blood' and to my knowledge their was no blood - witness told them I had left the guy bleeding to death in the road... which is interesting since no ambulance ever attended.

So you were charged with a crime even though the police woman agreed you told the truth and there was CCTV evidence? I assume you went to court, what did CPS do?
