4-Fluoroamphetamine anybody used..?

Accumulated in brain through years of drug research. I think it was, forgive me for saying this, from a post by Rhodium in the General Discussion forum of The Hive back in 2002. He had a reference article for it, so I assume my information is correct filenet.
 
just that i read somewhere that 4FA was unlike other the 3,4-MD/4 substituted compounds as it had less neurotoxicity
 
Sorry, I was wrong.

It is known that amphetamine and methamphetamine cause their stimulant effect by inducing the release of dopamine in neuron in certain regions of the brain. 4-substituted amphetamines has been shown to possess different pharmacological properties than the unsubstituted analog. It has been shown that 4-haloamphetamines in addition to their effect on dopamine also expresses serotonin-releasing effects, causing a long-term depletion of serotonin, indicating a neurotoxic effect, much like the one suggested to occur with MDMA and some of its derivatives. However, among the 4-haloamphetamines, the fluoro analog seemed to be atypical in that it did not cause any long-term changes in the brain serotonin levels, even though it was also a serotonin-releasing agent like the other 4-haloamphetamines, although weaker than the other.

yeah i smoked it snorted it and had it pure. seen it IV'ed it not bad. i just wish i had a normal brain and no tolerance hard head to give a good idea what its like. like table spoons of pure meth don't work on me make me sleepy and i can eat. ADHD twisted i rearranged my brain from using every drug in excess. i feeling shit from been over seas trying all the caths and 4fm.
 
Snorting burns. so does IM..missed vein think IV burns too. I have used this substance in excess its not too bad on the brain i recon meth worse also.
I willl update more. Its called a gentalmens amphet or ladies amphet or something.

what about Phthalimidopropiophenone how what that effect that SC2 i loved them but it fucked ya dick big time i had trouble getting it upp had to have 200mg viagra don't think i had the same issues with just 4fm. but yeah should put all this info in neo thread.

I always ht neo's hard then wouldn't be able to sleep for 12-24 hours later after

You hardly seen me in action. people have wasted grams and gram at once now i come from lets say a place where without incriminating anyone were i had access to alot of pure meth and types of different cooked meth. I hate meth it does nothing. same with dexies speed it all depress's me and make me down tired.
I have heaps of witness's.

I was breathing out massive clouds of meth like ripping cones style smoke.

You don't know me. if u did u would here the whole story or seen it and understand.
i have massive tolerance to most things. but amphets i can tell when in a pill it spoils mdma or any drug i have with it.

Pharmacological: From what I can gather, this compound has not been widely researched. However, the parent compound 4-fluoroamphetamine has been evaluated and compared to other halo amphetamines. While the 4-bromo and 4-chloro amphetamines significantly affect serotonin levels, 4-fluoramphetamine has been found to have minimal effect on 5HT, and contrary to the other halogens, levels are restored within days of use.

Some concern has been raised regarding potential pulmonary toxicity of the N-methyl analogue, if this compound is a 5HT2b agonist. N-methyl-4-fluoroamphetamine may also have a significantly different neurotoxicity profile than the parent compound (as per methamphetamine when compared to amphetamine) and if meth is anything to go by, will possibly also have increased actions on the 5HT system.

trans-4-methyl-aminorex, 4-fluoro-methamphetamine, 4-methyl-methcathinone, 4-fluoro-amphetamine, diethyl-cathinone, amphetamine monophosphate are all awesome. No more discussion.
 
pure 4-FM is a white odorless crystal. post-Boom production lots have varied in purity, with some greenish-tinted batches reported to cause an excessive cardio and kidney load, with one known case of an emergency room visit by a partaker with an undisclosed preexisting condition for treatment of myocardial infarction symptoms.
 
4-FM as in 4-fluoromethamphetamine or as in 4-fluoroamphetamine?

The 4-fluoroamphetamine I've tried smells similar to methylone and MDMA... like anise or licorice or vanilla or a combination of them all.
 
Thanks for that report nano. I'd certainly be interested in hearing what impurities are present in those batches of 4-FMA. I can propose what some would be based on the most logical synthesis roues, but that's assuming the staring materials and reagents were also pure.

From a HR perspective, and because of the popularity of 4-FMA, if a sample was available, it sure would be worthwhile having it tested.
 
Tried it a few times now.
Usaly in doses around the 170 - 200mg.
When going out to a party its very nice. You feel a tickeling on your head and feel energetic but not like amphetamines or mdma. much softer. I can drink with it without getting to drunk. and when used in small amounts the hang over is not like i did xtc or speed.

When using in large amounts i get really tweaked and feel sick for 2 days. my max is 500mg in 1 nite.

overal a nice experince.
