Phenethylamines [2C-E Subthread] 2C-E Dosage and Methods of Administration

hey! im thinking of dosing about 10mg 2ce rectally around 7 tonight, allong with a few bumps of 2ci (throughout the expereince) and then posibly a few tokes of dmt on the comedown (maybe the comeup too :)).

should be a great combo. but i was wondering how it would interact with the vinpocetine, dha, and huperzine A that i took about 30 mins ago. also about 200mg of 5htp. are any of these drugs dangerous to mix? i knwo the 5htp should be fine but im not sure about the others.

what is pupil dilation like on say 10-15mg 2C-E?

would an experienced psychonaut be able to appear normal around those not under the influence on a 10-15mg dose?
 
^^ You can plug by putting your dose in a gel cap and you shouldn't really have to touch anything directly... but I'm not sure if you mean you're obsessive about clean hands like a good friend of mine is, or if you just don't find the idea appealing. ;)
 
Heyitsmoo, I found the pupil dialation to be completely nil on 10mg 2CE and at 12mg also nothing. As for being able to manage myself I was around people who didn't know and some who did. Although my thoughts were off in a million directions I could manage fairly well.

That's how i've always done it, generally spit in the cap as well and use it to lubricate..

It's still just dirty :-) and it would bother me if I plugged then later on decided I wanted to IV, because I take all my IV shots seriously when it comes to prepartion etc...

The quick onset through plugging is very tempting though.

How long does IV 2c-e last? After you come off the 2c-b had that given you acute immunity to psychs? I found IV'ing 2c-b that it's effects tapered off in terms of redosing. But still very worthwhile.

I was apprehensive about plugging at first, but I thought that any discomfort (mental and physical) would be less than the stomach issues I had heard about in regards to 2c-e.

I really did it "by the book" and followed every bit of advice I could find about how to do it properly. I used an oral syringe with lube after I had "evacuated" and WOW, I was tripping BALLS in like 3-5 min. I really was a bit scared, actually.

However, now that I've plugged a few substances a few times, it's really no big deal. Yeah, wash your hands and your equipment. But really - you put the thing up there, squirt it and you're done. It takes like 1 min. including prep time. What I'm trying to say is "it's no big deal whatsoever."

I found that the IV'd 2c-e lasted about 3-4 hours and like your experience w/the 2c-b, it tapered off fairly quickly. I probably wouldn't IV any phen just because the benefits weren't worth the negatives.

I have since mostly just put 2c's into drinks and sipped them over time, which has reduced the stomach effects to almost nothing and lets me enjoy the come-up more.

Certainly, if you want/need a fast come-up, then one of those methods will do the trick, and honestly, I find them both preferable to sniffing. That shit BURNS pretty good. It goes away pretty fast, but it's far more painful than squirting water up yer butt or even putting a needle in your arm. I haven't tried the gel cap method of plugging, but I think that might be a good way to make the come-up a little less intense, but still get more "bang for your buck" dosage-wise.

Try 'em all and let us know your findings :)
 
Yeah... rectal dosing is astonishingly effective. With everything I've tried it with, it reduces the dosage, makes it come up VERY fast, but also reduces dramatically or eliminates the body load and any potential nausea. It just feels so clean in effect. It also carries the character of oral dosing for the most part, whereas snorting changes trips into fast, jittery, dirty ones for the most part.
 
So, let's say I've already dissolved my 2C-E in 40% ethanol - is it still safe to dose rectally? Or will 1-3 ml of strong alcohol be a bad thing?
 
If you're heartset on injecting it, try IM. Similar dosage and duration as plugging.

Don't take it rectally... the alcohol will... um... burn. A lot.

You can, however, measure out a dose and let the alcohol all evaporate out. When it doesn't smell my alcohol anymore, that means there's basically only water left, and you could plug that. It shouldn't take very long for the alcohol to evaporate from a few mLs of solution if you leave it out.
 
I'll be doing a 30 mg. dose on the 19th. yes, I know it's going to blow my brains apart...I have plenty experience with 2C-E up to 25 mgs...any tips for this sort of dose?
 
those doses sound so huge to me.

18mg blew me away.
when i do it again i plan on starting ~15mg and working my way up with consecutive trips.

s_s, whats the highest dose you have done? 24-26mg would be more than i am comfortable with, i think.

i'd like to try a very small amount of 2c-e, but i don't have access to a 0.001 scale at the moment. i'm not looking to eyeball an approximate dose for a full on trip, just an amount small enough to feel its presence, but know it'll be safe.

i understand the dose sensitivity of 2ce, but is there anything to measure by that should be alright? a tiny bit on a pinhead or something?
 
it depends, if you had 40 mg and finely powdered it, i could imagine that it could be split, by eye, into 4 x 10mg piles fairly accurately. however trying to eyeball 5 mg from 500mg is hopeless.

the come up from snorting these is generally fast enough that several small bumps can be taken, waiting 10-15 min between each one, until the effects are felt.

be careful, patient and slow if you try this. if you don't get anywhere at first you'll at least have a better idea next time.
 
Don't snort 2c-e without a scale. dorthyperkins, having knowledge of chemisty, probably has experience weighing small amounts.

The difference in perceived volume between difference chemicals, or even the same chemical processed differently can be huge.

Experience or not, buy a scale.

i would be very wary. i "thought" i was gonna blow 10mg one time and weighed it and turned out to be 20mg. thank god or i would have been head over heels in psychedelic soup!

use a penny for measurement. if you lightly cover the head of lincoln on an american penny, that is ABOUT (key word) 6mg.

maybe, if its finely powdered. i think its much better though to go for an amount that is definitely not enough and top up until you get there. unfortunately you have to snort it though or it takes too long.
