To answer your first question,
Eating it is the same as absorption from your stomache. I would estimate snorting it to be 1.7x-2.2x as potent as eating it so you need less material.
It can definitely be painful but it passes soon. Honestly some of the time I found the pain not
to be bad at all while at other times it is very stingy, sharp and not extremely bareable.
This depends on some unknown factors but also the type of salt you have. You see 2C-B comes
in the HCl and HBr salt form most of the time and maybe occasionally in others.
The HBr salt is more soluble in water and therefore it doesn't sit in your nose making it hurt as much. The HCl salt is more painful to snort. They also differ in potency just a little.
To answer your second question briefly:
Redosing works but not that well at all. I tried it but I found it not to be worthwhile. You would have to redose quite high to battle tolerance but even though it may seem like a good idea redosing at the comedown of your trip just doesn't give you a very interesting experience and more side-effects. I never did it again after that time.
