25X-NBOMe X-APB and X-APDB to be covered by UK temporary ban.

Starting monday the following compounds will be class B to sell and import and legal to posses, but can be confiscated and destroyed by law enforcement. Starts next monday, June 10th 2013.

A shame because it seemed to me that 6-APB was remarkably safe while still being quite pleasant. I wonder what we'll have to suffer through before a new pleasant and safe NPS is found.

Heard it on the radio, it said they were making it illegal for a year while they conduct the safety of these compounds wtf haha! We know we never gonna see them again! I was gonna get some 25c- nbome but i wnt even bother now way too risky imo, 6apb was nice no better than mdma tho and the comedown was alot rougher
 
Knew it was coming after noises Ivesen was making mid-May about NBOMes especially but fuck me, they didn't piss about did they? One week to stock up from date of notice, wow, thanks for the grace period, I don't get paid till the end of the month you fucks! :! :X

I predict a massive rise in 2C-xs on the streets NBOMes were always the legit replacement for as people switch to euro vendors and illicit sources. Good harm reduction skills there ACMD, way to go pushing people from a known quantity to the unknown quantity of street deals.

Jeez wish they would stop trying to kill all the fun. That 6-APDB sounds great read the whole thread earlier on, sounds like a lot of people would love it. Do we think the UK ban will effect the legality of these substances in other countries?

I tried 6-APB for the first time last weekend (having stashed some for over a year as I was a little reticent of trying it because of attitudes like yours) and it was literally 'orgasm powder'!!Rushy as fuck, no residual stimulation at all, makes sex FANTASTIC and beats the shit out of any MDMA I've had since the 80's. I for one will be very sorry to see it gone, especially as I've only just made its acquaintance.

Incidentally, I would wager that its worth as a therapeutic 'tool' surpasses that of MDMA, because the resulting afterglow meant I only had to take 50% of my usual methadone dose for 2 full weeks without any signs of withdrawal, and significantly cut my alcohol intake. Another gem we're about to lose....

BTW, I had NO comedown whatsoever, just that slightly spacy post amphetamine feeling that you tend to get with anything other than downers or stright psychedelics
 
Does anyone get the uncontrollable urge to just stock up like mad when they know a ban is coming? My brain is saying "3.5g isn't enough" :P

True, although if we think logically here, 6-APB is the type of drug that we should (theoretically only use at most, once a month). Therefore, if like myself, you find that 150mg blows your face off, you could argue that 3.5g would last you a while.....The urge to order more is strong though!
 
The NBOMes were effectively illegal anyway, no-one would touch them for inevitable parent 2C-x contamination, 6-APDB wasn't being stocked by UK vendors either as it was arguably already covered by the catch-all clause, the others are all basically a bit shit. Give a fuck.
 
@babylonboy: I think the point has been missed here. Granted, not everyone liked 6-APB, but the APB's being made illegal has put a MASSIVE dent in the RC scene, as in my eyes, there is no point buying RC's anymore...What do we have left in terms of empathogens??

NBOMes were sold by at least one UK vendor.
 
As I'm so enraged by this, I'm going to film myself gurning like a mad-man on 6-APB, and then send it in to the Home Office with a cover letter saying: "APB's don't kill, prohibition does"....THAT will change their minds!

Haha yep but as always these damn bans seem to appear when I have limited cash to stock up! Cunts. Unfortunately I see the APB's heading down a similar route as meph and MXE. We'll start hearing about 'pre-ban' 5/6-(M)APB the next few months and onwards. For some reason the quality just goes to shit from vendors in Europe.

What now for the RC scene in the UK? What else can come about and what else is next for the ban hammer? Unfortunately there is one swirly chemical in particular I can see targeted next. A huge shame if that happens.

It's got to be, because it's another one I've got stashed but not yet tried. 100 to 1 sez that as soon as I try it and find out i love it, it'll go the same way as all the others.
